Mike was extremely helpful and patient with my questions and concerns! They were able to diagnose & fix my car within the day! Mike was exceptional in providing a quote and scheduling for the service our 2020 VW Tiguan needed. Greitens had the part (headlight bulb) and they were able to install it on the same day. Customer service was very nice &’ the diagnostic test is a great price compared to others but I took the car in for 1 thing heat &’ AC not working already knew it was electrical problem told them that I bought the car like that but they still checked OTHER THINGS THAT i DID NOT ask for &’ then tried to charge me an EXTRA 337$ dollars to further diagnose the car which I ALREADY EXPLAINED wheat the problem was just needed someone who did ELECTRICAL WORK but instead they tried to get me for A BUNCH OF OTHER THINGS &’ EXTRA money on top of the 52.14$ I was already paying which the MONEY was NOT the problem but I didn’t need my windshield looked at I already knew it was CRACKED ! Already knew the tire pressures &’ things was off got a LIST of a BUNCH of things other than what I actually brought the CAR IN FOR which was HEAT &’ AIR not working an ELECTRICAL problem &’ they already KNEW what was wrong with my car but instead of helping me out &’ doing a good deed &’ getting that money from me TO FIX it they tried to CHARGE Me extra to FURTHER diagnose the car WHICH I was not fhinna pay almost 500 dollars just to get the car diagnosed &’ still have to PAY TO GET WORK PIECES &’ LABOR DONE !!!! Which it would’ve went better but they have good customer service but ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY to these COMPANIES !

Temporary fix got me to my appointment in time with a promise that when I finished with my appointment and returned, replacement blades would be ordered and available, which was the case. While they did not repair it directly there, they were able to work with a nearby dealership to schedule the appointment to get the work done. This happened probably 4 months back, but I drive by every single day being just down the road. My Jeep Compass had a cooling system issue, could drive maybe 5 miles before overheating. I've never tried these guys before, but they are right down the road, and figured I'd give them a shot as they seem to have good reviews and they could look at it same day. I do just that, take it in on a Thursday morning (shops closed on Friday) and they do manage to get to it. Impressive punctuality, but that is it. Was quoted for a replacement of upper and lower radiator hoses, and a good flush. The quote an obscene (and wide) range of 4500 to 8000, this was somehow just the hoses and flush quote (hoses are 60-70 dollars each, flushes are basic maintenance). This didn't even include the potential of head gasket failure which would put it in the realm of possibility, yet even expensive for that. I know a little, but do tons of homework on auto repairs and this just didn't make sense in any way. Part of them looking at the car also involved a cooling system test, a fee of $180. I understand that's part of the process of troubleshooting, but after the laughable, worst quote I've heard in my 34 years here, I HAD to decline, this fee however I had to still eat while declining further service. The entire team completely mailed it in on their last day of the week. It's the only explanation. I walked down there after declining further service, spoke to Mike, who might actually be the least tactful customer service rep I've ever encountered (maybe I'm just shooting the messenger, but he seems like a complete knob). I paid my bill for the coolant testing, and Mike says "here's a little snack pack, compliments of the owners." I paid $190 dollars after taxes, for a Nut Roll. It was fun size. A kind gesture, I'm sure the owners are great, but the entire experience was bad, other than punctuality.

We've been taking our vehicles to Greitens for a few years now. We've had a wide range of services performed - from routine oil changes, to brake service, and other general repairs. Mike and team always seem honest and perform good, timely work. One time, I brought our car for an early oil change because we were going on a long trip. They called to make sure I really wanted that portion of the service, because it wasn't due yet. Other shops would have just performed the work and moved on...I appreciate their customer focus.

This was my first experience having work done on my car that wasn’t done by a family member. I was super nervous but Greitens did an amazing job and I felt they were very trustworthy and VERY friendly. I had to get my tire sensor replaced and was informed the others were low as well so they offered the advice of just doing all four tire sensors. I was in and out of the shop within two hours and it was a last minute appointment. Definitely will be coming back for my future needs!
