This is our second car buying experience from Gresham Subaru. Yes, they’re that good! Everyone is welcoming, friendly and professional. This time we bought a Crosstrek Hybrid. Displayed a calm composure and willingness to listen, with even checking in the following day to verify purchase satisfaction. I was a simple sell, knowing why I was there and what I wanted, but he made sure to still try and hit all the marks of the process without a hard push. I recently bought a certified used 2021 Subaru Crosstrek limited at the Gresham Subaru. I found the vehicle while searching on line. I handled most of the deal through email and text. Mainly due to the fact I live in Redmond, OR and my job keeps me very busy. I worked directly with Saleh and Lance through the entire process. Both of these gentlemen were very kind and accommodating to help me through the buying process. I am thankful for them and the way they handled themselves through entire process. They both were kind, honest and helpful from beginning to end. When I arrived to pick up my car Wednesday morning it was raining they already had it pulled up under the carport and were drying it off for me. This little touch of care meant the world to me. It's an attention to detail that speaks volumes to me. The next time I am in need of a vehicle I hope to be able to work with these two gentlemen again. ***Update 2/5/2026, I am a 10+ year customer of Gresham Subaru. I have bought 3 cars in the last year and a half from them and have been a long time service and parts customer. Between the purchase of this car and issues with service (long standing) they have lost me as a long time customer and likely lost Subaru a longtime loyal customer. The 2023 Outback I bought turns I fully believe that the techs who performed the CPO inspection did it with blinders. The car at the 60 day mark needed a torque converter along with tires ($900) due to alignment (put 4500 miles of highway) rear brakes and $900 in fluids all right when my first payment was due. The car is still not right and has dead spots in the throttle. I went in today (02/05/2026) to find a way to get out of the Outback as I feel this car was misrepresented. Damien in Finance and the new Sales manager initially were sympathetic, then when I was looking for a new car that's when the games started. Low balling my trade in, filling the offer full of filler and not giving me a discount to start. It felt really disrespectful due to the situation. I have decided at this point in time, I am no longer doing business with Gresham Subaru. I have reached out to Gresham Subaru with concerns earlier this week and had radio silence. I didn't get any response until I texted my salesman to set of a meeting. That was 3 days later of no response from anyone in management. I have no hope that they will stand and do the right thing. Thank you to Sam (sales) and Josh (sales manager). They helped make the impossible happen and got me into a CPO Outback Wilderness. Thank you to the entire team at Gresham Subaru. They helped make a not great situation as smooth of an experience as possible. Joseph in service is always awesome to work with as well.

After a week of car shopping at dozens of dealerships, we saw the range of sales people and Ross was the best interaction we had. We walked in knowing a few key features of what we wanted in a car, and had a specific budget we wanted to stay in and Ross brought out our perfect car to meet our needs. With zero pushy sales tactics, Ross led us through all the features and answered our endless questions. I went into Gresham Subaru alone to purchase a car. As a woman, cognizant of the stigmas around car salespeople, I was already wary and did a bit of preparation in advance of my visit. I was pleasantly surprised and reassured and by the end I was able to trade in my old Corolla and drive away with my incredible new Forester. I was taken through the process start to finish by Ross who was so knowledgeable, funny, and helpful. He had such a calming disposition and I did not feel like I was being convinced when I wanted to be informed. We did a few test drives together and those were very helpful (and fun). The financing person, Lance, was also very supportive. Both made sure I had an understanding of the fine prints and more in depth paperwork. They also made sure I was within my budget and means that I had specified in earlier conversations. I left satisfied with my purchase— both the price and experience.

I just bought a 21 Crosstrek at Gresham Subaru and had the best experience! Sam was friendly and knowledgeable and easy to chat with. Leo was fun to get to know and super helpful with the final steps in the process. And I never once felt that they were giving me the hard sell or trying to press me in to more expensive features. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Gresham Subaru!! I was looking for a 2023 Kia Soul Ex & they happened to have one with only a little over 19k miles on it for a very reasonable price! I originally scheduled a time to test drive it through Brian, who was very helpful & made a video of the car that I could review before coming to look at it. I drove up from Eugene to see this car since it was such a good deal. Upon arriving, Brian was busy with another sale, so I had the pleasure of working with Cody! Cody was very attentive, friendly, informative, & professional :) It was a cold day outside so they took me inside a garage to look over the Kia Soul. It was in perfect condition - I test drove it & I just love the way it handles. I’ve only had my car for under a week, but I assure you I absolutely love it & feel confident in my decision. Thanks to the amazing sales team at this location - I was able to trade in my broken down Subaru for a much better vehicle. They walked me step by step through the whole process. I also got to ring a bell & everyone cheered when I made my purchase, which was so much fun! I couldn’t be happier to have worked with such a positive & incredible salesperson & team! 5 Stars! PHENOMENAL dealership with amazing car buying experience. I highly highly highly recommend them! Loved them so much I’m only going to them for all parts, service, etc.! Discovered them through Costco auto program. The sales guy (Alex Rocha) was exceptional. Very personable and while his job is obviously to sell cars, it truly felt like he cared more about ensuring the right fit than trying to make a sale. I was prepped for the typical car salesman tactics and not a single one was used. He listened well to what I said I was looking for and did a great job contextualizing the various cars’ features and specs with how they would apply in day-to-day life. He and another gentleman (the manager I believe?) were also super patient with me as I went back and forth on which car I wanted, accommodated my non-negotiables (including it had to be red haha), and worked hard to get me the PERFECT car as quickly as possible and a great price. The financing process was great as well, talking me through the various options in a way that made the complexity simplified. After I bought the car, we scheduled a “come back in a few weeks to go over again how the features work, answer any questions you have that come up in the time you’ve drive it, etc”. While I ended up not needing that appointment and cancelled it, they wonderfully made clear should I ever need that, I can schedule it anytime. I bought the car in August (typical adhd life - forgot to fill out a review). But I’m going to the dealership later today for my cars 3,000 miles service. While there are other dealers and mechanics closer to me, the amazing experience with Gresham Subaru makes me want to only go to them moving forward!
