Excellent customer service. I took my car in for brakes and the air-conditioning. They kept me updated through the process and were very thorough. My battery died while at the shop and the called me to see if it was under warranty. They then called Autozone to verify. They took the battery there to exchange and put it in. We have found a place we trust.

This might be the worst experience I've ever had. I have sank way too much money and time into repairing my vehicle that if I had had this car paid off, I'd have sold it and just bought something else. I have had at this point spent more than the vehicle is worth at this point and all I get is excuses and poor work. I took it in 6 months ago after it broke down. They took 3 weeks to diagnose the issue and it turned out to be a catastrophic engine misfire. So after looking at finances my only real recourse was an engine replacement figuring I would have the car for another 10+ years since I didn't have this vehicle paid off in full yet. It took THREE MONTHS for them to finally replace the engine with a refurbished one. And then the new engine immediately died the next day. So they replace that one and it took them a whole other week to get that done. AND THERE WAS STILL A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT! So then they theorize it was the fuel pump. So we buy a fuel pump and get it installed. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT STILL WON'T TURN OFF! Ray is a nice guy who seems to legitimately care and even lent us a vehicle for a while, while they worked on it, but I have no idea if any of the other mechanics at this shop can tell their head from their rear end at this point. They didn't even install the fuel pump right the first time because they forgot to put on the fuel tank seals so when my partner put gas in the car it splashed out and then filled the car with gas fumes! And after fixing that, there's STILL a leak somewhere! I'm tired and fed up with this. After they finally finish this job (because THEY STILL AREN'T DONE YET AS OF WRITING THIS!), I will go out of my way to NEVER step foot inside another Greulich's or any associated mechanic ever again. This has been awful from start to finish. The service has been terrible other than Ray who is the only good person at this location and the only person there that I trust at this point. If you need even an oil change, don't go because they'll probably find something to break and break it, and then you'll be out of a car for 5 months while Ray is doing his best to run damage control.

I've been taking my vehicle here for close to a year. The staff have always been polite and accommodating. They fix/service whatever it is you're in for, and suggest things based off of necessity. They're never forceful, but they do provide you with how necessary it is to fix specific things for safety reasons. I'll continue to be a repeat customer for sure.

Disappointed in the service. Took car in for an alignment. Didn't do it correctly and then tried to fabricate an excuse for why it is now worse than before by labeling it as "acceleration pull." Except that it also pulls during deceleration and coasting. Meaning they didn't even bother to check anything when I took it back to have it investigated. Too bad. They seem like nice people. But half-hearted effort combined with not-great pricing really disappoints.

SO it's 1 thing when you spend bunches of $$$ & get great service. It's completely different when you spend $0 & get even more than you hoped for. I took my car in because my brakes were making a sound I wasn't comfortable with. Scott did a thorough, professional job of investigating the cause of the sound & assured me that it was nothing to be concerned about. I will be back next time I need service.

I've been taking my Vehicles to Greulich's for over 3 years, and gotten all kinds of service ranging from new radiator replacement to simple oil changes, and I've always gotten really good Service until today. Check Engine light came on, I took it in for an inspection. They charged me $220 and never offer chance to accept/decline further service. Receipt states additional Services were declined by the customer (me) which is not true, I was never given any options whatsoever to fix any issues found on the inspection.

I hate taking my cars into mechanics as I have been “mansplained” too many times. The front desk guys here are so kind and never try to upsell. Straight to the point and quick service I dropped my car off for a 12noon appt and my breaks were done before my appt was even scheduled to start. Price seems to be fair as well. My wheel fell off!! I went in with pictures of everything and they gave me a quote right there! So I had my Honda towed to Gruelich's. I got a call when it went on the lift, I picked up my car all fixed the next day and drove it home. Dean was very transparent with the needed repairs, didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary things, and didn't fix anything until I authorized it. Fast, friendly and professional. They've earned my business and my recommendation. I will be back... but hopefully not too soon.

I am very satisfied with the tire rotation and oil change services I received at Greulich's Automotive Repair. My wife and I went on a Tuesday and saw a $5 movie at the Majestic Theatre next door. Now you can't beat that for service!
