Never in my life had such an awful experience and been treated with such disrespect! After bringing my car here, it was diagnosed and I was quoted $1200. Which was completely reasonable and fair since I needed quite a lot done. I confirmed that the price was fine and to just let me know when it's ready. One week...2 weeks...3 weeks and not one word. I called to check in on the process and kinda wondering what was taking so long. This is when the owner and man whom I had communicated with initially let me know he hadn't even started. In an extremely condescending tone he let me know that he is very busy and I'm apparently not aas important as his other costumer's. He spoke to me as if I was completely out of line for thinking he could even begin to work on my car for another couple of weeks and as if I was rude for even inquiring about why my car had been sitting at his shop all this time. I came that night to pick it up and he it had been moved from the property and was parked on the street completely dirty and covered in dirt and dust! I drove away wondering what had just happened and why would he not tell me he didn't want my business,or that he was just so busy with more important costumer's he wouldn't be able to schedule me until a later date. He accepted my vehicle,.told me where to drop it of and leave the keys, we agreed on a price? I'm completely baffled at how it unprofessional,rude, and disrespectful this business is. I was not only without a car for a month, believing it was being worked on, I could have gone somewhere else and had the work done. What an awful experience ! Never in my whole life... WOW!!! Beware this unprofessional rude and disrespectful company!

After looking for an honest, dependable mechanic for years, I’m happy I was referred to these guys! Greg and Devon were amazing. Despite being very busy (because they’re good!) and during a holiday week, they got the work done quickly, with great communication and for quite a bit less than other quotes I received. And they got it done right the first time. Car trouble always seems to happen at the worst possible time, but not feeling like I was taken advantage of makes it so much easier.
