I was financing an vehicle from here and my vehicle broke last week on Thursday called the shop to tell him he came out acted as if he was helping and left....finally got my vehicle towed to his mechanic shop,called the mechanic Monday to see how much would it be to get my vehicle out the shop only to find out Mohammad decided that he didn't want to do business anymore after 2 months and it's been lie after lie he don't wanna give me my money back or give me my vehicle where they do that at and to top it off he's rude and doesn't know how to talk to people

Horrible customer service!!! Do not go there the guy is so busy getting other ppl business he leaves the person he is waiting on in the heat to wait on others..I told him drop my car from the lift and I left..never will go back

Way too expensive, owner Muhammad just seems fishy. Got strip lugs and wheel studs after every tire change they’ve done Don’t even bother wasting your time over there.

my husband & I went about 2 weeks ago for some "brand new tires". 2 days in and the front tire already had air coming out (keep in mind we spent about 2 1/2 hrs there that day) . we went back to get it fixed but he only put a plug in it. Yesterday we went to htown & we almost got stranded due to the fact of a job poorly done . WE personally will NOT GO BACK .

Don’t go here. Went to get my tires rotated and I mistakenly left to pay when the guy was putting my last tire on and when I left I heard something fall of that exact side that I did not supervised while it was worked on and know that tire shake uncontrollably don’t know what he did to it but it’s always something so they can have you coming back everytime.

Worst tire shop ever. Had a blowout on 73 going 75 mph and needed a tire to make it back to houston. Charged me $50 for a used tire and to cut a 2 inch peice of rubber off my old rim. Sold me a tire dated 2011. The tire had cracks inside the treading. Also had bulges in 4 differenet spots. When i went back to get a refund the owner just kept offering another tire. Are u insane you will never touch my vehicle. Had to threaten him with bbb and my lawyer for him to give me my money back. Has a 5 day warranty sign posted at cash counter. Dont ever go here. No telling how many people they have sold bad tires to.

Disapponted, went today to get a tire plugged and he didn't even check to see where the air was leaking from. He removed my tire then said you need another tire. He couldn't even show me why I needed another tire. The tire was purchased brand new from discount tires 2 months ago and still had good tread on it.I said its under warranty just put it back on. He couldn't even look me in the eye after that. Guess he thought because im a woman i didn't know any better. Mohammed , you got to be quicker than that. Thanks for responding you knew that it was a good tire for resale. I came home and sprayed with soapy water and it had a leak in which you never checked for. Never once was the tread mentioned because I was expected to purchase another tire. Lesson learned.

honestly ripped me off. i’m still fairly new to texas & i don’t know most establishments so when gulfway tire shop came highly recommended, i felt obliged to visit the establishment. they employees were polite and respectful. however the guy charged when for a tire that waaaayy too big for my car 😐 & he put the tire on the front. now you may be asking why i didn’t address it then; it was closing time for one & i have a 5month old who was screaming her heart out. my concentration immediately shifted to getting out of there & getting my baby to calm down. when i realized that morning, i said no worries & i went back to speak with someone, with my receipt. i went for a simple exchange for the correct size, simple. wrong. the younger guy on duty told me they BEEN out of stock on my tire sized for weeks 😑 NO ONE disclosed that to me. i was told that they had my size. dude even charged me to change my lugnuts , which i did not need done because they were perfectly fine when he showed me AFTER he took them off my car. i was not in dire need for the WRONG tire & extra fees. they only compensation the offered was to swap the front & back tires. my car is riding weird because of that one wrong sized tire. so now i have to spend more money for ANOTHER time when the guy could have told me they did not have my correct size. the economy is already tough & ripping off customers for a quick buck is not okay. i will NOT ever return & respectfully, spend my hard earned money ELSEWHERE! thanks.
