They were really friendly and got my rim fixed on my car in an hour. I was unable to move my vehicle due to my spare going flat as well, so they came to me and took my original wheel back to the shop and welded the crack and fixed the dent. Car was fine to drive on afterwards. Great Service, they were my last option and I got home safely thanks to them!

This place has been up and down in terms of service for years. Is really about staffing, as of Oct 2025 they seem to have really good staff. Unlike previous years, they now have a ok welder he give a good warranty. The new welding service does level up this place a lot . Is up there with wheel warriors and The tire doctor in terms of rim repair for a competitive price.

Update* to 2 stars have received a credit and confirmation of refund since this review. Paid over $1000 for tires over 5 weeks ago. Have yet to receive the tires. I’ve spent many hours on the phone and being put on hold trying to get answers. Now I’ve spent days trying to get the order cancelled and get my money back and keep getting brushed off.

Ordered a set of tires and it took over 2 weeks to ship. Was disappointed left a review and the manager contacted me explaining the situation etc that they were backed up etc. I get it people have bad days especially in business. We buy a lot of tires being a small business with multiple vehicles. He said this wasn’t how they operate and said to give him another shot. So I did just that. I ordered 6 tires for my dually on December 13th. They did not get dropped off until December 30th. The entire time it was a run around. They finally shipped after threatening to call my credit card and cancel the order. If you don’t need your tires for a month this is your place to shop. If you are used to online tire dealers that get you your tires within a week this is not the place for you. I’m not sure why they even have an online presence.

I originally reviewed them about buyer beware for online purchase. I placed my order on 02/22 and their system said an expected delivery to me of 02/26. After going back and forth with Luis, he credited money back on 02/28 and said I would receive them between 03/03 and 03/05. They did not ship them until 03/04 and I received them today. If the purchase would have been better, I would have ordered my wife a set for her vehicle too, but this has been a freakin' headache! I would still say buyer beware!

The ppl there are very nice. I must admit that I waited an hour but I was allowed to stay in the office where it was warm. At night its less staff but during the day its probably faster. For a flat tire spot you cant complain especially if your looking for temporary tires or to fix a flat. I would go back..24 hrs need more of especially in the bronx. Between the construction and potholes forget it..

Man chris and his guys are life savers. I had tire blowout and shred completely on the fdr. Barely made it to the gas station and after 5 other unreliable shops wouldn't help i stumbled onto gun hill tires. 38min later the tech is propping my car and swapping out with the swiftness.
