VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! Don’t recommend to anyone they sold me a car with 2,000$ worth of damage and in 3 months it definitely showed. Pushing my appointments back, acting as if there was nothing wrong with my car whole time it’s a lot of things. Them not trying to compensate me or fix my car at all when he lied about how many owners the vehicle had and left the paper in the car from the previous owner showing all the work that had been done on the car and everything on the list sound exactly like what needs to be done. My brakes are literally scrapping ! Every time I brought my issues to them every response was. “ Well the car is almost 10 years old so this is normal it’s going to make a noise” like I didn’t have a 2005 in 2018 that made not one noise and I never had to get my brakes done on and I had it for a year ! So I don’t recommend they are very janky ! And unprofessional I tried to be nice but they tried to get over on me and now I’m not stopping until I’m compensated! I should’ve went to bill rapp with my 3500 and I would’ve been in something brand new ! Just me being a first time buyer smh

Customer service is great. When I do have a small issue they are quick to resolve it. Edit of review: have had my car for 6 months ago now, I have a warranty with it. I called to get the car in as the steering wheel is clicking and making grinding noise. Also, the tire feels as if it's going to fall off. Was told would have to wait a week. Asked why I have to wait a week every time my car needs work. This is not something small. His answer: we are always busy. Nice customer service.
