David and his team are fantastic. Professional, informative, and helpful. They went above and beyond with my 2004 Land Rover, which ain't the easiest car to source parts for. Not once did they grumble about European cars or use that as an excuse to hike the price up unreasonably.

Had heard good things from a number of people- decided to try them out when I was in a pinch. needed a battery replacement/install within the hour, and they said sure bring it in. the person at the front desk wasn’t aware of the repair manager telling me this, and I immediately became worried that it wasn’t going to happen as quickly as I was told to believe. lo and behold, two minutes later someone is bringing my car into the shop, 15 minutes later they’re telling me they had already ordered the battery 10 minutes ago, it’ll be here soon and i’ll be out of the door in 30. great service, clever workers. would come back if I ever needed to.

I was satisfied with the service and recommended them to everyone. I called on 12/07/2021 to ask about getting my power window fixed. Gave information and was told that an estimate would be put together and I would get a call back. My window has been down while I waited on them. If they could not fix it, why not let me know. I no longer recommend this business.

Was passing through on my way down to Alabama from the Chicago area, and my battery light came on when I got close to Nashville. Prayed to Jesus to find a good honest place and ended up here. Phoned ahead they told me to come in even though they were backed up about two weeks. My car died at the gas station up the street and they were prepared to help before I got a jump and brought it in. Looked at my care right away and were extremely friendly and honest. Got me a new alternator and up and running before they closed . Couldn't be happier. If you’re in Nashville take your car here.

The only place I'll take my car. I've been going here for years. They are honest and kind, and don't take advantage of a situation simply to make more money. As a woman it can be difficult to find a mechanic that's trustworthy & won't try to "pull one over" on you - I've had nothing but great experiences here.

Look, I never write reviews, but this place is too good. I owned a 2008 Toyota Prius for many years, and back when I lived in Miami I could only take it to the Toyota dealership for maintenance, no one else would even look at it because it was a hybrid (turns out mechanics aren’t that big on hybrids in Miami). That dealership took me for a ride at every chance they got, and I started to associate bringing my car in to the shop with losing 500-750 dollars. I’m sure many other people have had the same experience. H and H Automotive is 100% the opposite. They have looked at my car and told me “everything looks good” and sent me away without gouging me for unnecessary work. They have an EXEMPLARY knowledge of car codes, and that is not something I’d consider standard. Their prices are beyond fair, and their service is unbelievably timely (my car has NEVER taken more than a day to repairs, and most often has taken a few hours). 5/5 stars, H and H has my business for years to come. If you like them, leave them a review! Like I said, I don’t do this often, but more people have to know about them. Our community is better off by having a company like H and H in it.

Quoted near 1000.00 to replace six injectors on explorer. According to national fair labor standards 357.00 for parts and labor. A set of OEM Ford injectors cost 99.00 but they wouldn't use any except the place they get parts from at 75.00 per injector.

Very happy with my experience here. They were courteous to me and to my daughter, and very thorough in explaining exactly what was going wrong with our old car (a Mazda). They accurately estimated the possible repair cost. They weren't super fast, but most honest and reliable mechanics are swamped, as is this one. Also, my car's issue was odd, requiring multiple test drives (by the mechanic) to ensure everything was ok. The pricing seemed very reasonable. Couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend!

When I moved across town two years ago, I was not looking forward to doing the work of finding a new mechanic - luckily, I stumbled upon H&H quickly, and I haven't looked back since. I can confidently say that I have received the best vehicle service here in my entire car-owning life. Everything is transparent, clearly communicated, and done well. I will trust H&H with my vehicle care for as long as I'm in the neighborhood. Oh, and the waiting room coffee is hot and fresh, and I am a sucker for that, so thank you :)

Very impressed. Before you get service done, you must set an appointment. Their hours are only 7 to 5 on Monday to Friday, so they are not the most convenient. However, the workmanship is great. I went in to get a gas leak fixed so I could get my tail pipe repaired somewhere else and said to also do a tune up. They not only fixed the gas leak, my car is running better than it has in years AND they fixed the tail pipe at no extra charge.

My friend recommended H&H when the dealership told me my car needed a laundry list of expensive repairs. Dropped my car off in the morning and by the afternoon they called and told me that the dealership was trying to scam me and my car needed next to nothing. They are very straight shooters and were extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their hourly rate is also very fair. Very happy with the service and this will be my new go-to shop for maintenance and repairs!

First they took my car without giving me a cost of how much it would be to do an assessment. Then they quoted me 3x the amount it costs to repair the issue. I said no thanks and came to get my car. Upon arrival the guy hands me a bill for $75. I said I have no issue with the paying for an inspection, but 1.) you never quoted me what it would cost for the inspection. 2.) he started talking back instead of being professional and taking accountability for not giving me a quote on that/saying what their fee is. 3.) also I never signed anything agreeing to pay any amount for an inspection- which is poor Business practice. In any case, He could have come back with any number and asked me to pay it. Which is deceptive and misleading. 4.)He started laughing saying “u don’t expect people to work for free” I said I have no problem paying for the service, that’s not what the issue is, he said “I’m not comprehending what you’re getting at here.” !! lol!! Clearly not. I said I have no problem Paying for the service, it’s the fact that I was never told as a customer what the fee would be or that there would be one and he said “well it’s a given “ I said “your price is not a given you’re supposed to inform the customer.” Not the brightest. Poor business practice, rude, disrespectful, very disappointed!! Place nearby did it for $500 all in they wanted $1300 from me. Terrible.
