I called these folks to diagnose a flat on our RV. It turns out that it was a leaking valve stem. The technician was great and I really enjoyed talking with him. He checked all the other tires and recommended to change another valve stem out. A good thing as we later discovered it was ready to cause a leak. Basically he replaced the valve stem and aired the tire back up. Essentially no real cost to the company. The service call was a bit steep at $225.00 Businesses are in it to make money, but I felt it was a bit too much. $100-$150 would have been more in line.

I took a GMC 2500 to have an alignment done and had to take it right back due too the steering wheel being way off. Took it back the next day and they fixed it. Well a month later noticed that my brand new tires were wearing on the inside badly so I looked closer and they had left the upper adjustment bolts loose and it knocked all the adjustment pin out. Had to pay to have that fixed and pay for another alignment not to mention now I have two tires that are ruined. I would stay away for this place. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I was looking for a semi shop for an alignment on my route. Found this and thought it would be a great option after a rapid response from the clerk. They told me show up at 9 am. After two hours waiting I asked for an estimate. Alignment 375 and shocks 145 labor hours each plus fee tax and whatever else 1350… ridiculous Hate when people ask for much more money than they really deserve just because they thing that truckers made a lot money Alignment was aceptable the other thing was overpriced

Terrible. Came out for a tire spare replacement. Over the phone I was told it is $125h with a 2h minimum. Came out replaced the tire and removed a mud flap bracket. Just because he had to remove the bracket they added on an extra hour. The guy was done with the whole job in 1hour and the mud flap bracket is 2 bolts. Bill was $480. I tried to talk to them about it and they threatened to call the tow truck right away if I don’t pay. Unbelievably, disgusting overcharge and customer service.

Bad service and bad customer service!! Recently had my truck was serviced for alighment with 6 new tires. The alignment was bad. The steering wheel was off, and the tire pressure light was on. They scheduled me for the week after to fix them , went there, waited over 2 hours, and was told they didn't have time that day, so they scheduled me for the week after. I went the week after, this time, said their guy is not there. I decided to leave, and they didn't even bother to say sorry!! If you're a new customer, I would reconsider doing business with these guys!

Anthony and his crew are awesome. Arrived to get my alignment done, and found out that my steering gearbox was bad. They were able to get the parts in quickly and get me out of there before the weekend for the load that I had scheduled great people great service. I will be back if I ever need to have something fixed over the road. I recommend going here to get anything done because they will take care of you.

The only reason for 1 star is because I can’t go lower. The dispatcher is straight up a liar. She guilted me a price then after the tech arrived charged me almost double. When I told her I had a witness to what she said she just tried to over talk me and threatened to remove the tire they had just put on. I will contact the BBB as if that matters to a shady company. I encourage any body to find a different company. Heck even the tech who came out to change the tire said he believed the price was wrong. Clearly this is the standard practice of this company. She said $125 service call, $50 dollars to ha he a 5 minute tire. She charged $350 stated there was a two hour minimum. Karma is rough

I was a walk-in tire patch 30min before closing. Tom didn't waste one sec. He hopped up, took a look at my tire and grabbed a tech to patch it up. He brushed aside my attempt to pay them for their time, saying " Nah, save your money. Just do something nice for somebody next time you can." Darrin got to work right away, finished the job, shook my hand and got me back on the road in no time at all. The entire experience was lovely start to finish and took all of 6min. I will be paying it forward as well as bring my business here again 🤗

Ladies truckers never call these people I called them at 9 in the morning they arrived at 1 in the afternoon with the road service then left again because they didn't have the tool to remove a wheel they returned at 6 in the afternoon they changed only one wheel and there were 3 on the trailer and at 7:30 they said they were leaving because they didn't have the measurement to remove the other wheels they made me stand here all day waiting for night to do this definitely no one called them and they charged me the same price as if they had done the complete job

Worst service ever! I arrived at 12:40 PM to get two front tires replaced on my truck. They told me it would take 40-45 minutes. It’s now 3:00 PM, and NOTHING has been done! The workers are unbelievably slow—either talking on the phone or taking smoke breaks instead of actually working. No urgency, no professionalism, no respect for customers’ time. If you have any other option, DO NOT ever come to this shop! Total waste of time and absolutely terrible service.
