Incredible and honest mechanics, excellent and quick service, highly recommend! My car was recently broken into in an attempted high-jacking over night. They completely messed up my door lock and steering column. I made a claim with my insurance who asked if I had a preferred mechanic, which I did, but it turns out steering columns are a specialized kind of thing and they couldn't help. My insurance agent looked on Google maps and by chance saw T&T Auto Repair had 5 stars, so I took the gamble. My main concern was that my car is older with high milage and the damages would be enough to total an otherwise totally fine and dependable car. I knew I was lucky the moment the tow truck driver came to my house and mentioned that he and the owner of T&T knew each other for a long time. He was quick to mention the mechanic is a great guy and one of the best in town. When the estimator called me on the way to the shop, he was up front and mentioned that it'll likely be the end of the road for my car given it's age/value and what he's seen the cost of these repairs go for. A few hours later he called back almost in disbelief, saying that T&T was able to do it well under what he was expecting. Because of their affordable prices, I'd be able to get my car back on the road when it was honestly not looking great for me. They had my car ready within 48hrs of calling my insurance and starting this process. I couldn't pick my car up for a few more days, but when I arrived to the shop the owner was friendly and personable. He walked me through all the repairs done, took time to answer my questions, and had my car looking brand new again. He even showed me the check my insurance had written, saying he doesn't like to cash them until the owner gets their car back and are satisfied. There's nothing that would prevent him from just getting paid for the excellent service already provided, but I think that just speaks to the integrity of the folks here who put their customers first and let their work speak for them. I've never left a Google review before, but I couldn't help but to add another 5 stars for these amazing people and their quality work. In a big city like Nashville, I was pleasantly surprised to receive that "local mechanic" treatment that's build on reputation, honesty, and a handshake. I'll sing their praises forever and will send any of my friends or family there who needs their services. Wishing them nothing but the best in their continued success!
