They are LIARS!!! I just found out my husband has a truck he’s been paying to these people and he hadn’t even signed a contract with him my husband had no clue that he was getting charged a 30+ interest rate. I’m calling LAWYERS now & this is getting resolved!!

Awful. Same as many others I was quoted one price outside and once inside given a new more expensive price. When I called him out on this, I was laughed at. Later, I returned for pick up, prepared with a recorder. After his denial and faking a cop call, he then on the record admits to changing the original quote as well as admitts to laughing at me. Mewhile, he used a pathetic con technique of bringing the male down and while complimenting the female. He was incredibly rude and disrespectful to my father. While complimenting me. A pathetic con tact I suggest you be weary of if you arrive. My advice 1. Do not go here!! 2. If this is your only option, record everything he says. His word cannot be trusted. His machanic however is decent and my car work was good, but not worth the headache.

I was brushed off and not respected as a valued customer. I had a simple question, see if they had part I was looking for and he didn't give me the time of day, nor did he care, he actually referred me to O'reilly's , & Auto zone. As I was leaving I noticed him making fun of my inquiry with another associate. Like I said, brushed off and disrespected. I will not be looking to them for help in the future.

Peter, at Pars Auto Parts is a scam artist. He told me one price, then taxed on additional charges at the end. The quality of the work (driver side door needed to be replaced) was HORRIBLE! The door he used was visibly damaged and the door was NOT applied properly!! I STILL HAD TO PAY FULL PRICE!! Not what was advertised- These guys are disgusting! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! I would warn any (esp. a woman) AGAINST this establishment! If you want to save your money and get quality work-- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

As I was leaving I noticed him making fun of my inquiry with another associate. Like I said, brushed off and disrespected. I will not be looking to them for help in the future. Update: To illustrate my previous point. I went to O'Reilly 10 minutes later, and they not only took a minute to look up the part I needed, they had it in stock and now my window mechanism is fixed.
