Great repair. But hard to schedule the inspection, long wait to get the repair scheduled. And then on the day of, they were unaware that we were scheduled which lead to a prolonged need of a rental car and absence of the car. I did not have that experience in the past. I also had a different scheduling person in the past. Overall, I am very satisfied with this place. This was the first time with that problem.

Childress did an excellent job with the repairs and their communication. They were even quite amicable when I needed to postpone the repairs by a few weeks due to traveling for work. Between that their excellent working relationship with Enterprise rentals down the road, it was one of the easiest insurance repairs I’ve ever dealt with, and their work is great. Would absolutely call on them in the future if needed!

My son has been traveling around the country in a minivan. I flew into Nashville so we could spend a week together. While on his way to Nashville, he had a minor incident (backed over a stump) which damaged the skid plate and part of the bumper on his vehicle. We needed a quick fix to secure some parts and pieces (other than his excellent duct tape job) to be sure he could complete his journey. Candy and Charles were very kind and understanding when I called for assistance, They squeezed us into their busy schedule and completed the necessary work expeditiously. The team at Childress Collision did amazing work on my car. When you can take an '05 car and remove the bumper and place a new one and it not be noticable at glance that's awesome. Mrs. Candy and the Mechanics kept me informed EVERY STEP of the way on what was taking place. I was never in the dark. It was done right and efficient. I HIGHLY recommend this team and if you do choose somewhere else well....you will choose wrong. Sorry but these people are the best. They deserve more than 5 stars.
