Have a VW Tiguan. Went in for an oil change thinking they knew German cars. Walked out with a $200+ hole in my account. Pretty big ripoff. If you’ve got a luxury car and money to burn, this is your place. My mistake on not doing my research.

Everything went smooth since the beginning, after setting an appointment I showed up and Mark started to work my Mercedes right away and before I had time to leave, my car was done! Ready to roll. Knowledgeable team and honest price, they have my business now.

The best auto repair shop - bar none! They are knowledgeable, professional, honest, and it’s obvious from all the other 5 Star Reviews they are consistently going above and beyond customer expectation. If you have any European made car, do yourself a favor and take it to Savannah (she is wonderful) at Precision Autohaus.

Amazing staff, each of them helped me out so much for my situation of mice getting into my ac filter while driving cross country. They fit me in within 15 minutes and kept me updated on every detail. Highly recommend!

Savannah and the crew at Precision Autohaus are fabulous. After a disastrous used car purchase, they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it ASAP for my son who had just moved to Nashville. They not only fixed the problem but topped off his fluids and gave the car a good look over! I highly recommend this place!

The absolute best! So far I’ve brought a 95 E320 which I intend to keep long term and a 72 Mercedes 250 which I intend to restore and in both cases they asked my intentions and recommended service based on those intentions. They don’t try to upsell at all. They try to fit your price and needs at every step. Any old Mercedes should come here for service

They said my car would be ready in a few hours. Called 4 hours later they said it would be ready in about an hour. 4:45PM I call again, no answer, turns out they decided to lock my car up overnight and close early without telling me. I walked home. Next day I give them heads up I was coming to pick up the car. I show up, they say 5 minutes left to go, I wait 15 minutes and then the receptionist walks away and so do I, without my car, again. Hours later I get a call that it’s finally ready. Thanks for all the wasted time and for never being honest with me. 9/23/2026 EDIT: Owner responded to my review 2 years later saying this was a "perfect storm" situation as if they could possibly remember the details leading to this terrible customer experience from 2 years ago.

Do not trust - Quoted over $2k to replace an ABS pump, said they had to order the part. Then they said the part arrived incomplete and they needed to wait for the rest to be delivered. Did not mention until checkout that the missing part was an ADDITIONAL $1000.

This is the only place I trust with my ( 2000 Mercedes SLK230 ) They are experts at what they do and will not try to upsell you or recommend any repairs that are not needed.

I had a vehicle towed to this shop the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. I called them 6 times to check on the status of the repair to be told they would let me know something soon each time. After 11 days they called me to tell me they couldn’t help me and I needed to take it somewhere else. I rented a car for 2 weeks costing almost $800 so my wife would have transportation during this time. I arranged for it to be towed to another shop 30 miles away 14 days after I left it there. They called me today to request payment for approximately $200 for their diagnostic test. I strongly recommend you seek assistance from ANY other shop if you’re looking for help with your car care needs. Merry Christmas! Update: after having the car looked at by another shop, the car is fixed and the problem wasn’t the transmission which your shop misdiagnosed. Glad I didn’t authorize you guys to replace your misdiagnosed repair.

Came in late in the day with an engine misfire. These guys got the car in asap, diagnosed it, and fixed it all within an hour before they closed to that I could get back on the road. This place has great customer service and truly cares about your safety and getting you on your way. Couldn’t recommend them more.

These guys are at the top of their game. I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my German vehicles.

Precision Autohaus has been fantastic! I know very little about cars, but they’ve always been incredibly helpful and kind, making the experience easy to understand. I’ve even picked up a few things along the way! They’ve come through for me in a pinch, are always prompt and responsive, and their prices are consistently accurate. The woman at the front desk is outstanding—so friendly and efficient! I highly recommend them to anyone, especially the ladies out there looking for trustworthy service.

I'm fairly certain most of these reviews belong under Precision Auto Care. I went in for new brake pads and rotors. I needed my oil changed and tires rotated as well. I was never given a quote or estimate for parts and labor but I expected around $100 for oil and tires and $400-500 was for front brakes after having my rear brakes replaced two years prior. I was also never asked what kind of oil I preferred. A few hours after I'd dropped off my car, I called and found out there were a few other "issues" with my vehicle. I asked for the total estimate and it was over $1900. I asked the receptionist to hold off on any further service. When I arrived, I was charged over $1000 for new brakes, an oil change, and a tire rotation. I drive a Hyundai Elantra which will run just fine on conventional oil, has small tires that are very easy to rotate and do not need any special type of brakes. I will be taking my vehicle to another mechanic to verify the additional $900 in service that they claimed was needed but I'm fairly certain to is all complete nonsense. These prices and the resulting service are criminal. Please save the headache and your money and go elsewhere.

I have a 1987 Mercedes 300CE. It was experiencing stability issues wandering when driving and jerking on upshifts. Alex immediately diagnosed the issue with the correct fix. He also inspected the car for needed issues to be addressed to return it to daily service. His and his tech's experience with these cars is significant and they really partner keeping these magnificent vehicles reliable. These cars are built to last lifetimes with proper care compared to throwaway new car junk. Actually makes so much economic sense to the savvy. Do NOT take your classics anywhere else!!!

Had been there in the past for another model vehicle but went back when we had a drive system malfunction error on our 2020 Audi Q5. Took it to them because they were close and we couldnt get a tow or anything to the dealership. They took a look and found it was the turbo actuator that was causing the problem. Originally thought they would have to replace the whole turbo but found they could just replace the actuator and did so. I appreciated it because it saved money compared to replacing the whole thing. Total for the repair was like $1.7k, which seemed reasonable given the dealership wouldve quoted me for a new turbo. My wife drives around for a day and it comes back on so I took it back to them and they couldnt find the problem thought it was thresholds or something being violated. So I took it to Audi for a diag. The stated the wiring was off and that was causing the issue. I brought it back to them and they ‘fixed’ it free of charge. We drive it for about 2 weeks and it comes back on again while we are on a road trip. I take it back to audi for another diag and they came back with the same thing, wiring issue and the wiring needs to be completely redone on what they replaced. Originally Audi quoted me $1k for the rewiring on my first trip but when I came this time it was up to $1.4k because they had to take additional steps this time after autohaus rewired. Gave up and let the dealership do the work because I couldnt trust that it would be fixed and if the issue comes up again I can bring it back to the dealership instead of playing this constant cat and mouse game between the 2. This whole ordeal has played out over the last month and ive had to get rentals since we only have one car. At this point Ive paid almost as much as the original repair for the rework. Team seemed good and communication was good and they were willing to fix for free after my first diag with audi, which is why this isnt lower, but to have to end up going to the dealership and paying an additional thousand dollars on top of the work I already got done is frustrating.

I called this shop for a quote to have my Lexus ES350’s water pump, thermostat, and belt to the radiator replaced. I was quickly quoted half the price of other shops around Nashville. They got the job done quickly and effectively. The front desk lady was very kind and let me know what services I might expect on my car in the next few months. She even provided estimates! As a woman, I often feel I am oversold/ taken advantage of when I need car servicing. I feel these are honest, trustworthy people. They talked to me about my car in away that made sense. I highly recommend this shop!

Precision Autohaus saved the day for me and my family. We had just arrived into downtown Nashville after a 7 hour drive and I noticed the AC in the car was getting warmer and warmer. I knew something was up and didn't want to make the 7 hour drive back home with no AC. This is the end of July and we're in the middle of a heat wave with above 90 degree temperatures. I found them on Google and they were 3 minutes away. I got there 1 hour before they closed on a Friday. I told them of my situation and they were able to get my car in and check it out. An hour and 15 minutes later. ...They stayed 15 minutes after they were scheduled to close, my car was done and I had ice cold air. They replaced a couple valves and filled up my freon. The cost was very fair! I'm grateful for everyone at Precision Autohaus. Thanks for saving our trip!!

Avoid this scam of a repair shop. I’m utterly disgusted and disappointed. We paid over $1,700 to have our Audi Q5 “fixed” only to find out that they completely screwed us over and did anything but fix it. We ended up going to the dealership and are paying less than what we were quoted here. The day after picking up our car from them, the same alert + check engine light went off once again. They agreed to “fix” it again free of charge. Fast forward two weeks and I’m 4 hours away from home only to have the same alert go off once again as I’m on the highway. I will be warning everyone and I mean everyone about this place. We were completely taken advantage of. They did some repair work on our previous BMW so we had high hopes but never ever again will I trust them to take care of our car. The endless rental cars, lack of communication from them, and the extreme financial + emotional stress that this whole ordeal has cost us is irreversible. Save your sanity and go elsewhere.

I back checked these guys work and I can say for sure that they are honest and on top of it. All the fluids were checked, the air filter was brand new, and the windshield wiper fluid was fully topped off. Air pressure in the tires was good. There was an oil leak and the oil level is totally within the limits. I am very comfortable with these mechanics. Price was reasonable for good work.
