Customer service was friendly after I finally got someone. The man let the first 3 cars in and then closed it before me but I thought that was rude. I didn't know you had to pull up to the gate to open it. They parts amount is ridiculous but you have to have them for your car.

Quality work, professional service and competitive rates. Morris did an amazing job working within our budget to get our jeep back to us quickly. I am a very impatient person and he was so understanding and went above and beyond to help us! Will never go anywhere else!

I brought my brother’s vehicle to Hallmark Dodge for a software update (TCM flash) based on a Dodge technical bulletin. I was told it would be free if tied to a manufacturer bulletin. At no point was I informed there would be a $195 charge until after the update was done. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle: • I had to request my own paperwork, including the bulletin and the third-party diagnostic report I had brought in. • Their own inspection only checked horn, wipers, and lights—everything else was marked “not inspected.” • They provided a hand-written TCM quote on the back of a scrap paper instead of an official estimate. • Their own service paperwork noted a diagnostic would be done at no charge due to maintenance interval—but I was still charged $195. I paid under protest and do not appreciate the lack of transparency or professionalism. I will be reporting this to Dodge corporate and the Alabama Attorney General.

Hallmark Dodge is awesome. If you visit there, please ask for Morris, he's awesome. I've been dealing with Jim Burke since 2014 and Morris is the ONLY one I go to. When he's there, I KNOW my car would be fixed correctly...

Called on the phone because I recently inherited a low mileage 2008 Jeep Liberty from my father who passed. I had put a new battery in it because it was getting where it did not always start. When I put the new battery in it the odometer did say 70,000 mi now says error the ABS lights came on and the traction control lights. Read on Google this sometimes happens with those and I need to take it to the dealership and get the PCM flashed. I called them to get a quote on doing this and was told since they have never worked on this Jeep which I don't know if they have or not like I said I inherited a month ago that their technician says he refuses to do it because it could open a whole can of worms. Okay first of all changing a battery out in a car shouldn't do this on any car. Second of all you're a Jeep service center and you just refused to fix a Jeep..............

Had a service appointment to get my seatbelt buckle replaced. I told them that was the problem and needed it done soon since I was moving. Dropped it off, knew there’d be a $200 diagnostic fee even though I told them what I wanted done. They never called me. I stopped by later to figure out what was going on. “So your seatbelt buckle needs to be replaced. The part is on backorder, so probably won’t be here for weeks to months. That’ll be $200” They did nothing, I told them what to do and brought it in for a specific purpose to be done ASAP. Then they didn’t even have the part that was the whole purpose of the visit. Useless. So I ordered the part and did it myself. Two stars because everyone was nice, at least.

I had my alternator and battery replaced at this facility and 3 hours later, my car stalled traveling between states and I had to get towed to a new service center the very next day. When contacted, they stated that since it passed during their inspection it wasn't their fault. But the with me needing new wiring to the pcm being the its not getting enough voltage who else fault could it be. Total damage was $1300, but i still paid $627 out of pocket. I asked for a refund but was denied.

I always deal with Morris when I come in for service. I dropped my daughter’s Jeep off for a warranty repair, and they had it diagnosed within an hour. They had to order a part, but it came in earlier than they forecasted. When I took it back for the repair, they had it done within 45 minutes. I highly recommend them for CDJR service, and I highly recommend Morris as a service advisor.

They were very thorough . It took 2 hrs congratulations and I got their little before my 8:00 appointment. I don't think it should take as long. And I would suggest that you go back and look at that time and why it takes so long and maybe put some of the points together that you check. I did not plan to be there that long.

I took my vehicle to Hallmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram Birmingham. This is where I purchased the vehicle from when it was owned by Jim Burke. Upon purchase, I was given a life of the vehicle free oil change. A free oil change went to a discounted oil change under the new management Hallmark. Just recently that discount is no longer in effect. I took my vehicle there for a diagnosis of the four-wheel-drive System and diagnose my tire sensor system. my extended warranty approved for both systems to be repaired however Hallmark requested 3.5 hours of labor and the warranty only agreed to pay 2.5 hours of labor. I was told that I would have to pay the additional labor cost. I totally disagree with this estimate because a standard labor system supposed to be used. I think Hallmark should have honored my warranty propose repair cost. it appears that there is always an effort to get additional money from the customer. it is my preference to have the work done on my vehicle from where I purchased it, but your new management is making that extremely difficult to maintain.

I visited Hallmark two consecutive days and was charged a diagnostic each day. My initial visit was due to my car attempting to overheat to only be advised I needed coolant ($195). After leaving work the following evening, my service engine light was on again 🙃. Visited again, which I was advised the fuel tank cap needed to be replaced ($348)??? I researched the cost of the fuel tank cap (in front of advisor) and to my surprise it was $37 so I refused the replacement ($348) which was equivalent to $37 part + $311 labor. Due to not accepting the replacement cost, I was charged $195 again. I requested to speak with Mgr(unavailable), waiver of second fee, and coupons til I was outdone. I totally get everyone is trying to "eat" however price gouging is ridiculous. No worries purchased the part from another dealer (in stock) and replaced in 2 minutes.

Another pleasant experience! I appreciated being able to drop my car off and then have them arrange for an Uber or Lyft to take me home. I got text updates and a call about what needed to be done and how to proceed. Thanks especially to Morris for making everything go smoothly!

Service visit was arranged online. One I arrived the service visit started on time and my vehicle was delivered in a reasonable time. The requested work was completed satisfactory and additional service was suggested, but I was not pressured into having it done.

Absolute nightmare. Since Hallmark took over, the service has been nothing but dishonest and disappointing. My very first visit, they charged me for a tire rotation that was never done. I caught it and had to go back just to get the service I had already paid for. Next, I brought my car in for a misfire on cylinder 4. They quoted me $195 for a diagnostic, which I agreed to. Two hours later, they called demanding an additional $450 just to continue “looking at it.” That is not a diagnostic, that is a bait and switch. When I refused, they suddenly claimed it was the fuel injector but still tried to bill me for the extra time. Completely unacceptable. I ended up pulling my vehicle and taking it to another mechanic who diagnosed and repaired the issue properly for \$530 total, which was less than what Hallmark wanted just to look at it. This place thrives on overcharging and upselling, and in my experience, they especially prey on women assuming we will not know better. That alone tells me everything I need to know about their integrity. I will never return here, and I strongly encourage others to avoid this dealership. If you value honesty, fair pricing, and real customer service, take your car anywhere else.

They are under new management and it shows. I had a terrible experience here from having improper service, telling me brakes came pre-lubricated, to cutting "deals" for services. I was with them for four hours one day and I still did not get proper treatment. Instead of hosting customer appreciation day how about try doing your jobs. I have brand new brakes that were installed improperly and now all they do is squeak. Terrible new management. Lazy mechanics. I do not recommend them not for an oil change and especially not for an inspection.
