I trust these people so much!!! They are honest and good at their work!! I got another vehicle and it was leaking oil pretty bad. Firestone had 3 mechanics looking at it and one of them came all sad looking and told me my turbo was blown. I almost cried because I had just got the vehicle about 4 days ago. I took it to Hamren and it was a bolt holding the turbo in that was to long causing it to leak oil. So I’ll never trust Firestone again.

Hamren's took great care of my Subaru when the transmission went out. They gave me great options with pricing for repair and replacement. They were very responsive, and I appreciated their honesty. Hamrens is awesome. I took my car in because the check engine light was on. They gave me an estimate quickly and let me know how long the fix would take. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process and texted me with updates. They are very transparent about the work that they do and do a great job. They gave me several tips/tricks about my vehicle. In the end, the cost was much cheaper than the estimate they gave. If you live in the Roanoke area check these guys out!

I’m so glad I was referred to Hamren’s Auto. I drive a 2019 Camry purchased from Haley Toyota. They were supposed to fix a recall on my gas tank but after I had nothing but issues, my breaking point being my car not cranking at the funeral home I was at preparing for my dad’s service. To say I was irate with Haley, having this happen while I was trying to bury my father, was an understatement. By Gods grace I was referred to Hamrens. I called, set up an appointment, got my car fixed and it was the best service I’d ever experienced. HAMRENS WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!!! Not only are they timely and reasonable, they care about the people that walk thru their door. From now On this is the place I will be going and I will not hesitate referring people to them. Thank you Hamrens for reviving my faith in auto repair places and showing me not all places are out to get me. Coming here was the best decision ever made and I’m forever grateful for the service I received here.
