Needed a quick fix after a small accident and Harry's got me in and out in an hour. I didn't even have an appointment. I called at 8:45am, dropped my car off a little before 10 and my car was done by 10:45. Quick, efficient, cheap and totally focused on customer satisfaction. If I ever have another car problem I'll be going to Harry's.

No idea about his work but he is unethical. I called after my insurance company sent paperwork to the OTHER Harry’s on South La Brea and I accidentally called this one to ask if they got it. He asked if I knew the address and when I told him 1013 S La Brea he “corrected” me to his address. He knew exactly what he was doing. Like I want to be driving all over town with a damaged car. Of course he denied it when I called, but the other Harry’s —which has been around forever—says he’s been doing it for years.

Harry and Chris provide excellent customer service. I have been a customer for over 20 years and they have taken great care of my cars. I have moved over 50 miles from Hollywood and I still have my towed to Harrys when I have a problem. They treat you like family. Upon arrival tell them Milo sent you and get a 10% discount.

Went in to get a PCV valve fixed, had to go back a couple times due to defective dealer part. Harry/Chris took care of me every single time and got it fixed. They accommodated me with getting to work and making sure it didn’t affect my day. My car runs better now than it has in a long time. Couldn’t be happier with the service and hard work from these guys. DEFINITELY a great, trust worthy and professional shop. Highly recommend

Great place. Stacey is very trustworthy and direct. The service is quick and it's a no BS / no rip-off situation. I've had to bring my car in for a couple of things and I feel lucky to have found a mechanic that I trust in this town. Recently I had to have a headlight replaced and I tried to do it on my own and messed it up and got the bulb stuck in the headlight housing in a comical way. Dude had one of his guys fix it for free. Totally cool of him to do that.

He explained and showed me exactly what needed to be fixed and why—and at a fair price. Truthfully, this is not where I’d recommend taking your car. Been in a few times to take my car, and there’s a little game that he plays every time. Extra fees, delayed vehicle. I paid for an inspection and he missed so many issues. I like the guy, he’s very personable but it’s just unfortunate that either him or his workers do the work that they do.

This place was EXCELLENT. Really not sure why it doesn’t have better reviews. When I got my car back, they had fixed paint chips and minor issues that had NOTHING to do with the repairs I was getting. Very polite service, and they had my car finished in such a timely manner. Would recommend to anyone.
