If you ever need a collision center, you're probably not in a great mood. These guys are the best and will work with even the most difficult insurance carriers. And they are also pleasant to deal with. And honest! If something doesn't need a major repair, they don't take advantage. I cannot overstate how much I appreciate the people who work there. Could not be happier with my car repairs. Literally looks brand new. Statefarm was so difficult to get the repairs approved but Diana and harry took care of dealing with them and getting everything that was needed. Diana was so communicative throughout each step and offered to coordinate a rental for me. I’ve never had such an elevated experience with a body shop as I did with pristine collision. They literally left my car in pristine condition (sorry for the dad joke) they took my car from being in such a bad state to looking like the first day i bought it

I had a bad accident and was stranded on the road and had to wait over an hour for AAA to come pick up my car . Luckily these guys were amazing and we were able to have one of their tow trucks come and pick up the car within a half an hour. The whole team Harry, Dian and Adam were fantastic and communicative through the whole process and I had my car back within the month. Highly recommend them - thank you guys!

From the minute I walked in the door to the final wave goodbye, the group at Pristine Collision Center on Fairfax treated me like family. I got in two accidents in the span of two months (Get a dash cam, everyone!!! Saves big headaches!) and decided on Pristine since it was close to my house. AND BOY AM I GLAD I DID!!! Diana and the boys took care of every little detail, listened to all of my concerns, and did an UNBELIEVABLE job! You would have no idea I had thousands and thousands of dollars of damage. Their communication was top notch, constantly keeping me in the loop with updates, even with holidays. Harry and the crew also caught hidden damage that the insurance adjustors missed. They quickly and SAFELY got me back into my vehicle. They even vacuumed out the car better than ANY car detailing place. All my dog fur was completely gone, which was the cherry on top. I will NEVER go anywhere else! I am a fan for life!!!

I decided to get a repair on my vehicle out of pocket rather than involve my insurance and the team at Pristine couldn't have been better to work with. The estimate was out of my budget range but they worked with me to get used parts and brought my costs down by $1,000. No other body shop that I contacted for an estimate was willing to source used parts. My car was also very dirty from a trip to the desert and they detailed it to perfection as an added bonus. A++ can't recommend them enough.

I found pristine because I was actually referred to a shop nearby but was not happy with the customer service. When I came in, Diana and Harry were very welcoming and explained the whole process and actually walked me through everything step-by-step . I didn’t have to do anything or make calls to insurance, which was the biggest plus for me and they kept me updated throughout the whole thing. Hope I don’t have to be in this situation again, but definitely will use them again if i am !

10/10, would absolutely recommend Pristine Collision Center to anyone and everyone. Like one of the other reviewers, I initially came here because it was closer to my house, and at that time I needed a repair relatively quickly on my Audi etron. I was really impressed with their work - the car came back flawless, and the overall experience so seamless. I ended up needing something else fixed and came back here again. This time I did have time to shop around first, but in the end I still went with Pristine. Not only did I know I could count on them to do A+++ work, but they gave me the best price, and there is just an air of professionalism and trustworthiness as soon as you walk in that I didn't find anywhere else. Diana is always so friendly, communicative, and accommodating, and the whole team does a great job of taking care of not just the cars but customers. I swear my Audi came back looking and feeling better than new. Not sure how, but somehow they’ve turned having to get your car repaired into a positive experience, haha. I will definitely keep coming back here for anything I need!

A terrific experience from quote to results. Starting with Harry, who was spot on with both his assessment of the damage and quoting (I had sought out quotes from three places and Pristine came in toward the middle) a price for the body work needed to make my car presentable again. Through to Diana who was incredibly positive, professional, and communicative from drop-off to pick-up. Ending with off the production line level paint matching of the work done. The Pristine Collision team is—highly skilled, personable, and clearly take pride in doing quality work. Pristine on Fairfax is one of the good ones.
