They will not stand behind there vehicles, not even 24 hours after purchase. I'm still paying for a Jeep that I was only able to drive for 3 months. $5,500 for junk. The engine light came on we brought it back they said "It's ok until something goes wrong ". The engine went out and they wanted $2,000 to fix. Even tried to say that I didn't change the oil in time. I hadn't driven it more the 2,000 miles. Bad place. Awful.

HD automotive repair is the best shop I have ever been to. I could not find a shop in town that would repair or replace the blown head gasket on my Honda accord. I found one place that said they would do it for $1000 more than HD automotive quoted me. The next thing that happened completely blew me away. I’m not going to say how much I paid but it was an amazing deal. Once they got the engine out and realized how much damage there was HD automotive replaced the engine with a newer engine and charge me the same quoted price for replacing the head gasket. I was blown away. you do not get service like that today almost anywhere. I will bring everyone of my vehicles back to HD automotive. The one problem I foresee is that word is going to continue to get out and they’re going to be too busy. Thank you HD automotive

I found them online and called. I talked to Sieng. I drove to the shop immediately and he installed my part (Coolant Reservoir) for me. He did an excellent job and was very courteous. I would recommend anybody needing there vehicle repaired, to contact him first.

They got the job done, not much else. I don't expect free work or anything of the sort, but every single other car repair place I've been to has been informative and thorough in letting me know what other issues they encountered while repairing and testing my vehicle, HD Automotive does no such thing. I had to track down the mechanic who worked on my car and ask him directly, to which he replied he did indeed notice other issues.

I went to take my 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt to have my steering wheel checked as it makes noise. My car steering is designed to work as an electric power steering and it doesn't have a power steering fluid. The steering wheel becomes tight while trying to turn it while taking my car out from a narrow area while pressing on the brakes from a parked position or while trying to park in a narrow area such as trying to parallel park between two cars with less space. It almost becomes impossible to turn. It works fine while driving normally on road. So when he actually tested it while driving on the road, he said that the steering wheel is fine and that is the only thing he did. He did not even bother to further diagnose it. He said that it will cost $400 to fix the noise which is unnecessary and he still cannot fix the tightness. According to him, the steering wheel was not tight at all and it was completely normal. I tried to explain to him so many times that when it actually becomes tight and hard to turn. I asked him to try doing parallel parking and get the car out from parallel parked position and he did not listen to me at all. He just said to you use my hands properly. He did not even care about the problem that needs to be fixed. He just gave my key back and said have a nice day after arguing with me for a short time. It's something I did not expect from a car professional like him.

My landlord referred me to this place and I have taken my car in twice. Each time they fixed my main issues and also did a few little extra repairs to make my car more functional, at zero extra cost I believe. They fastened my bumper that was falling off back on and made it to where my door can fully open again (wind caught the door and bent it to where it wouldn't open all the way). They always have my car done quickly and at a reasonable price.

If you want highly competent staff at a locally owned family business, this is the shop you're looking for! After visiting several other lots, my wife and I went to HD looking for a starter car for our high school student--and WOW..what a difference! Bolivar listened to what we were actually looking for and found the perfect starter car on the lot. I was so pleased with the process, I went back and he was able to locate the perfect BMW M3 that I'd been trying to find for years. So far, I've purchased two cars from HD; they will be the shop I go back to for my next vehicle as well.
