I stopped at the Heart City Body Shop today to get an estimate to repair a spot on my bumper. Paint had been transferred from a luggage cart that rolled off a curb. Mike Mangus asked if I wanted an estimate or if I wanted him to fix it today. If course I said today! 15 minutes later, after a buff and polish, my car looks as good as new! I wish I had before and after photos! When I asked what I owed, he said “no charge”. I told him that the customer service I have received from Heart City has always been exemplary, but today was the best! It certainly made my day! Thanks Heart City!

We’ve had so many issues with this body shop. We bought two brand new vehicles at Heart City but we’re very disappointed in the lack of good customer service and dependability when trying to get our body damage fixed. Not only did our quote go up multiple times before even taking our vehicle in to be fixed but it then went up another $800 once it was there. Our biggest issue was that we dropped the vehicle off while going on vacation for a week since we need it for daily use and the vehicle was never even touched due to “miscommunication” when we got back and were ready to pick it up. Mike, the manager of the body shop, was not apologetic and did not seem to really even care or value us as customers when relaying this information. We spoke with Ken, the GM, and he offered us a rental car but then the estimate went up even more. We were extremely disappointed and will be avoiding taking our vehicles here for repairs.

I had a accident 3 weeks ago and I was scrolling the internet to see what collision shops are a good choice to take my vehicle and I came across Heartcity Toyota Collision center. We spoke with Mike the manager and he was very helpful and professional with providing every detail and given us a good estimate on our vehicle. Today we came to pick up our Toyota and it looked brand new, cleaned, thank you guys I am very happy with my experience.I highly recommend it to you guys.
