I would give more than 5 if possible. The staff at Henry's was awesome. Starting with my call for an estimate, the young woman who answered was very pleasant and helpful. Gave me an immediate estimate and got me a same day appointment at 2:00. When I arrived at location I was pleasantly greeted by my name and they took my Jeep in immediately. After just a few minutes shop manager offered me 2 solutions to my problem. Earlier in the day I was quoted a $800 dollar price for full exhaust system replacement by another shop. Henry's offered me a $350 full replacement or they could just repair the section of pipe that was leaking for $75. Manager recommended the section repair even though his shop made less money. Incredible integrity and honesty. Repair was completed in less than an hour. Incredible customer service! They have earned a customer for life!

Told us to bring in our vehicle around 8am to fix the catalytic coverter said they would have it done around 2 and they did but then clamed he had to do all this extra work and said he skipped lunch witch he didn't I sat there the hole time and they 100% took a lunch break then tried to charge us more for his extra labor after we already paid almost 1100 dollars and to top it off the welding job was horrible I could have done better and I don't weld. We got the vehicle from seasell auto they told us to get it fixed here we got scammed

I literally walked off the street and into Henry's Muffler just this morning after seeing the shop on early Saturday after a fuel run. I had been wanting a custom exhaust mod for my 2003 Porsche 911 called the "Gundo Hack" for a couple of years now but never knew of a local shop who have heard what I was talking about......until today. Upon entering the lobby I was greeted by Kayleen (sp?) with the SWEET 4-Runner and she introduced me to Jeremy who knew exactly what I wanted, and he even referenced the mod by name. After a brief YouTube review by Jeremy and his cohort they performed the work in less than a few hours and for the quoted price I might add. I could not be happier with the mod, the sound, and my new acquainance with Henry's Muffler shop. 5-stars and great folks to trust your chariot with.

I made an appointment to have some rattling checked out, which I assumed was exhaust related due to previous experiences. I was greeted kindly and they got my car up right away. Within a few minutes he returned saying he found some rusting, but nothing immediately exhaust related that would be making any noise. He didn’t recommend doing any work unless I wanted to throw money at it for no reason, but that some of the issues might need remedying eventually. He said to bring it back if the sound got worse and I told him it was kind of loud and persistent so he offered to take it around the block. Came back and put it up again. A couple minutes later he comes to get me to show that one of my rear dust shields was loose and that’s what is causing the noise. Obviously that’s not their wheelhouse (lol) so I’ll be figuring that out otherwise. Anyways, he didn’t charge me a cent and didn’t try to sell me on unnecessary repairs. This is where I’ll be bringing my car when it does need some exhaust work 100%.

Called on a short notice and they told me to bring it right in and they will get the work done as soon as they got my keys they got my car right in and even asked me what I was looking for very nice and friendly. They know what they are doing and very well experienced and all and all good place and good pricing for just a mid muffler delete Update: went back and got my resonators deleted about a week ago welds and stuff we’re good but they left out a bolt to the exhaust hanger and it makes a terrible rattling noise

Henry’s muffler shop is amazing I called to see how much to do a small weld job on the truck and was told that it would be about $50 and I was like perfect. Set up an appointment to have the work done. Came in today and was early for my appointment they got me right in and the guy came out after the job was done and asked me if that was the only thing I was worried about and I said yes and when I asked him how much it was so I could pay him the very nice gentleman said don’t worry about it! They will forever have my business and I will continue to come here for any work that I need done with the exhaust on the truck! Thank you for doing an amazing job!!!

I had an overall great experience from the time I walked in until the time I drove off. The owner's son was very helpful in helping me pick out the exhaust for my Ford F-150 with the 5.0. He gave me multiple options to research and I came back the next day ready to make an appointment. He told me he could work me in immediately and I was done and well under an hour. Before I left, he wanted to make sure I was happy with my decision, and needless to say I was. I went with a subtle option of the Borla Pro XS and it was exactly what I wanted. I would say if you are looking to get any exhaust work done, give these guys your business and you won't be disappointed.

I had the exhaust replaced on my F-150 about five years ago at Meineke shop in FedVul and it has fallen apart at each of the weld seams, from the mufflers all the way back to the rusty chrome tailpipe caps. One clunking, clanging, and dragging on the road piece at a time. I called them up to check on a warranty and to get a quote for repair. No warranty and they quoted me $925 to replace it. A UPS driver was delivering a package to my house while I was tearing one of the loose tailpipes off my truck and recommended Henry's Muffler Shop in Wilmington. I called them to get a quote and made an appointment. They talked me thru all the options available and gave me a quote hundreds of dollars below Meineke. It took less than an hour and a half for them to completely rebuild my exhaust. They even offered me several options of stainless-steel exhaust tips at no additional charge! I am rarely afforded the opportunity to leave a positive review for peoples work anymore but this shop is really a diamond in the rough! All the big-name shops care about is volume business and customer satisfaction does not matter, just your dollar interests them. Take the chance to support a smaller shop like this one. They have earned a good reputation, and they will do a great job for you!

He did not find anything wrong with my car, and told me that directly. I appreciate not having to worry about being sold something I do not need. He came to me to make sure I was okay if he took my car for a drive up the road to see if there was anything he heard that sounded suspicious. The diagnosis was FREE!

Did poor work on my resonator delete Y-pipe the first time. Left it leaking and with bad welds. I went back they admitted fault, and fixed it for free. It doesn’t leak anymore. Manager wasn’t too nice on the phone when I asked why it looked the way it did. Pics below; first 2 are before I took it back.

Excellent shop and excellent work! I recently purchased the 1969 Mach 1 that my grandfather and I restored over 30 years ago. I have been restoring it again since I got it back and it needed all new exhaust. I was referred to Henry’s by a friend who knew someone who brought their classic here and was very happy. After meeting Gage I knew I was going to be in good hands. He took a lot of time to hear what I wanted and had great suggestions as well. We scheduled the appointment and Gage let me stay with the car during the work to ensure I was happy with everything. I can’t speak highly enough about the great customer service, great pricing and super friendly staff. I will eventually be coming back for headers and will only consider Henry’s for the job. I brought my car in today, to have them look at my exhaust. Gage, put my car up on the lift and spent about :30 mins adjusting the exhaust that was on there. He stated I didn't need an a new exhaust, that mine was fine. It's so nice to go to an honest shop, that isn't looking to fleece the customer. I was treated with respect and they refused to charge me for the adjustment. If you want to be treated like a valued customer and not get ripped off, I highly recommend Henry's muffler shop.
