Omg!!!! Herbie the owner has worked on 2 of my cars my dodge that nobody in Bayonne could fix and fixed it got it up and running! Then here is my Mazda a tree fell on her back in June 2024 and had been siting for over 8 months in my garage and look at what a beautiful amazing job he and his crew did!!!! Thank you sooooooo much!!!! They are the best!!!!!!!

Avoid Herbie’s Repair Shop – Poor Service & Lack of Accountability I brought my car to Herbie’s for what should have been simple fixes—my horn wasn’t working, and some buttons had stopped functioning. They managed to fix the horn, but within days, the buttons stopped working again. When I picked up my car, I immediately noticed the steering wheel was off-center (which, correct me if I’m wrong, likely means my alignment was thrown off). On top of that, my engine sensor was going off. When I asked about it, I was told, “It should turn off in a few minutes.” Spoiler alert: it didn’t. A week later, I brought my car back, hoping they would correct the issues they caused. Once again, I was disappointed. The steering wheel is still not straight, the sensor is still on, and the buttons remain broken. They kept my car for an entire day just to hand it back with the same problems. I’m a hardworking, middle-class citizen, and every dollar I put into my car comes from my hard-earned money. If you value your vehicle and expect a shop to take accountability for their work, take your business elsewhere. Herbie’s lacks attention to detail and respect for their customers’ time and money.

What an amazing experience with Herbie. Last week I brought my car in to replace my brakes and rotors. This morning, I caught 2 flat tires and towed my car to his shop.
