This shop is absolutely terrible. The woman in charge will try and trick you out of money and keep making up false promises and lies untill she can take as much money as she can from you. Creating problems in your car and making things up to charge you more. Took my car in to get something fixed, she said it was fixed and charged me for it but when I got the car it wasn’t fixed and had to pay for it.

I needed service B on my 2017 E Class. Thought I would save a couple bucks and go here instead of visiting the dealership as usual but "The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of a low price is forgotten." Called and asked if they had any courtesy cars or a shuttle and they said yes. When I arrive they had neither and dropped me home in my own car. But it gets worse, I pick up my car and drive it home to Clovis and notice they haven't even cleared the Service B notification from the car. On top of that the car wasn't even washed..COME ON at least GET THAT RIGHT!! So the next day a busy medical professional drove all the way back from the other side of Clovis to get the notification cleared. I asked the owner that for my inconvenience of having to drive back if there was a small gesture of customer service he could give. He said no that he had plenty of customers. He could have made a first time customer into a long time customer who would additionally referred more friends to this place but lost that privilege due not only to the mediocre job by his employees but additionally by his attitude when given the opportunity to rectify the issue. DO NOT COME HERE, I sure will not and will spend the extra money to get it fixed the first time at the dealership because time is money and this dealership does not value your or my time.

Just moved to the the area and was looking for a place to bring my car. This shop I would Highly Recommend. The Customer Service here is outstanding everyone has been so friendly and helpful and the prices you can't beat. Those of you that drive Mercedes Benz beware of taking your car to the dealership they will loosen screws over fill your oil what ever it takes to keep you coming back. I know first hand Walnut Creek Mercedes Benz dealership did a number on me so beware out there. Herndon Auto Specialist do a Excellent Job on Mercedes and there Prices are Excellent you can't beat the Service HERE. GOD BLESS THE NUMBER ONE SHOP.

Worst auto shop I've ever been to, didn't do the job right , held car hostage. Had my car for month didn't even repair the tire pressure sensor like I asked, 4 weeks again smh or maybe they just didn't check tire pressure. Maybe I'm a one off and they're usually good but read similar bad reviews that sum up my experience here. Back to European Automotive I go they're the best 👌

I have been coming here ever since I bought my car in 2015 and all the staff have been friendly and professional. They will do a diagnostic on your car and make you understand what needs to be fixed before proceeding, they will even give you recommendations. Best place to go if you have a Mercedes. Even though they work on other brands.

Do not bring your vehicle to Herndon auto! I brought my car in for an oil change and after getting it back, the transmission would not shift into gear properly with the check engine light turned on. Before bringing my car in, it was in perfect condition. They refused to resolve the issue and wanted me to pay to fix the issue they caused. Horrible customer service and management was very disrespectful.

Took my car last month for a transmission oil change. I drive a 2016 CLA 250. After servicing my vehicle, the rep told me I needed brakes, shocks, and that my transmission had a minor leak. I was quoted about $5000 for everything! I told my daughter about it, and she drives a Mercedes as well and she told me to get a second opinion. I took it to where she takes her vehicle. Turns out I don't need any of that! Finding an honest and transparent mechanic/shop is hard to come about these days. I will never be taking my car to this place again.

I'm upset right now for these reasons. Lack of communication. Broken promises and misleading expectations. They had me on hold for 30min. I get disconnected. Immediately call back and their phone line is set to voice-mail. Not the first time I was on hold and they don't call back. Car has been in the shop for over 6 weeks now. It's my primary. I need it. I do not recommend them. This is me going to them for almost a year now. It's a pattern of unprofessionalism. As soon as I get my vehicle back, never seeing them again. Taking my future business elsewhere. Edit update: Got my car back after 2 and half months. Sucks when it's your primary but it came back with more electrical issues. They further worked on it and fixed the issue. Way better communication this time around. I believe the issue was with one girl but NOT the main girl. She had more professionalism. I felt more comfortable having her updating me about my vehicle and expectations about my options. I'm revising my review because I had a completely different experience the second time around.

I brought my 2019 Mercedes GLE 400 in for a routine oil change and air filter service. After receiving my car back, I now have a check engine light and my transmission is not shifting properly. My Car was in PERFECT condition before the oil change. I took the car back so they can diagnose why I'm having these issues and they could not give me an explanation why and even wanted to charge me for additional services for the problem that they caused! The office manager Nadia was unsympathetic and disrespectful. The service manager Simon did not offer to resolve the issue either. This is a SHADY business that sabatoges customers vehicles in order to get you to spend more money. The other 1 star reviews pretty much reflect the same thing that happened to me so it seems this shop has a history of doing this to other customers. This was a Terrible experience. I will never return to this shop again and strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere for your service needs.

I have been a customer for over 25 years. I purchased a 1983, sl 380 and took it to Ricky for my first oil change. This was such a great experience, i knew i would be a customer for life. What made that experience so special was Ricky took the time to educate me about my vehicle and what he observed while changing the oil. He has always found time to keep me up to date on my vehicles and its performance. Honest and fair with the service and prices. Because of the service i have received, i have told several of my friends through the years to take their Mercedes to his shop. You need to go and find out for your self and you will become a customer for life.

Herndon repaired our Mercedes Rv in record time! We traveled cross the country for a funeral. Our return trip had a short time frame due to scheduled medical issues. Suddenly the RV steering Knuckle Joint was going bad and a major safety risk. We had to get repairs. Called local Mercedes dealers who told us who did their RV service work. Called, but could not get a service person on the phone only "Leave a message" (never got a call back) Herndon took our call, got the parts and did the repair in record time. We made it home in time to make our appointments. THANK YOU!!!
