This time we worked with Paul Bruce who we found to be very accommodating with our schedule. We found the buying experience to be very quick and easy. I highly recommend asking for Paul Bruce as he was a good guy to work with. Zero pressure but super helpful.

I honestly can’t say enough positive things about this dealership. I’ve now had two amazing vehicle purchase experiences here, and I don’t plan to shop anywhere else for my next one. From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive—while I was still waiting hours for other VW dealerships with the vehicle build I wanted to get back to me, this team had already finalized my entire deal. They were transparent, honest, and worked hard to ensure I was fully comfortable with the deal and payment, which gave me so much confidence in moving forward. I had a tight schedule on that Saturday—the busiest car sales day of the week—due to another obligation, and they respected my time. I was in and out in under an hour, which is practically unheard of in car buying. Saed in Sales, Amanda the Manager, and Josue in Finance all made my experience truly 10/10. Even after the purchase, they’ve continued to be helpful and communicative, answering all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. They really do treat you like family, and their level of dedication to the process and their customers is something that stands out. I’m insanely happy and beyond impressed.

Car buying can be stressful, especially for us right now; my wife's 2018 Atlas was just totaled two weeks ago. Will made the process genuinely great, helping us navigate a difficult situation with ease and professionalism. This was my first experience buying a car and I must say it was a process. But the person to really highlight throughout this journey was my sales guy Seth. Seth was very personable and made the process a breeze. We only viewed two cars before I finally chose the Jetta sport. When we got to the office Seth really made my family and I comfortable and walked me through each step. It really felt family oriented at the dealership and that’s what I appreciated the most. I must say for my first time doing this I’d go back to Hewlett any day for my next buy! Thank you all so much for the time and effort this day and hoping to work with you again soon. picked up a new Jetta SEL from Mike Torres this Saturday. Best car buying experience I have ever had. I was in the car business nearly 15 yrs in about all roles in the front of the store and I was taken care of the best I have ever been buying a car from someone other than myself!! I even had to bring a RC Jet to the dealership to see if it would fit in the Jetta lol. Highly recommended dealership and the best sales guy available in the Williamson county area Mike Torres!! I had the best, easiest buying experience here at this Hewlett dealership. Everyone was extremely helpful especially Mike Torres. No pressure, no games, just clear numbers and quick responses. I did my homework and asked detailed questions, and he stayed transparent, calm, and solution-focused the entire time.
