I would rate it 0 stars but it would not let me. I’m just coming on here to say the service department here sucks. We bought my 2025 QX60 3 months ago. I took it in Dec 8 for a bumper bracket that had already been fixed before. This time they said the whole bumper would need to be replaced since the brackets have already been “fixed”. I dropped it off and was put in a loaner for 2 weeks. I received 2 texts with status. One saying that they need to get permission from the warranty company to replace bumper. This was Dec 11: Good afternoon, I wanted to give you an update and let you know that the body shop has sent me the estimate to get approved under the warranty so I am working on getting the bumper estimate approved so they can order the bumper! I hope everything is going well with the loaner. This was Dec 17: Good morning, I am going to call the body shop and verify status on the vehicle this morning and I will report back. This was Dec 17 @238 after I had not heard back. Good afternoon, I just actually received the update from the body shop, all the bumper brackets were replaced per Infiniti's approval to do all rather than just 2 of the brackets this time. A bumper was not approved at this time, if any further issues persist a new bumper will be required. The body shop said they are scheduled to bring the vehicle back to us around 6pm tonight, and I will need a little time for a verification test drive and paperwork. Additionally the lights for the doors are not here yet. Eta on those is Friday. Needless to say the bumper is still doing what it has already been sent back for 2x. Now I have to take it to another Infiniti dealer and wait to see if they will replace bumper or “fix” brackets. When I went to retrieve my car I was not given an invoice for the warranty work done. When I called another dealer near by to schedule appointment, they found no documentation of warranty work in the Infiniti system last they show was whe I dropped it off in Oct. I called today 2x to have invoice sent , it’s 647 and STILL NO INVOICE. Luckily I save all my text from service and show that my vehicle was in the shop at the above dates so I can take to dealer when I have my vehicle serviced. Apparently they did not go through warranty company as I was told. Sine there is no invoice created for work that was supposed to be done. Vehicle was there for 2 weeks and it took that long to not submit anything through the warrant. What pisses me off is why was I told the bumper was going to be put through warranty and then tell me after having my car for 1week and a half that it wasn’t? Where’s the proof that it was sent through ? According to local dealer it’s not showing in system. Please be careful when trusting these people in the service department to take care of your vehicle .

I recently bought a pre-owned 2003 Honda Accord for an amazing price here. My salesman Jorge was absolutely amazing and extremely friendly. But he asked if we were able to bring the car back a few days later to get it inspected for normal state inspection and it was super quick as it felt like I was priority for them. I was in and out in no more than 15 minutes! If you need any type of service on your vehicle bring it here as they well get your car serviced fast. They told me everything that was needed and the process. I will be back soon in the future if needed!

There's no substitute for quality. This facility certainly has one of the best mechanics that I have ever seen, and their pickup and delivery service is quite a plus 4 busy people. Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect buying a car over the internet, but the team really came through. The video and photo updates were super helpful, and I appreciated that they didn’t gloss over the little stuff. The vehicle arrived a little bit dusty and with some dings, which weren't noticeable from the listing. However, the dealership already handled a couple cosmetic fixes I asked about before delivery. I'm sure they would have helped me addressing these if I were a local in the region. Overall, It's a used car and the process of purchase has been a pleasant one. Shout out to my salesman, Jorge Salinas, which went above and beyond with my car buying experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership, particularly if you are a local.
