Bought my car from Mac Haik, car was sold to me without an inspection. So when I took the car back for an inspection, they told me I needed two new tires, windshield wipers, a brake light, and an oil change. Didn’t have the parts then so I took it back a few weeks later. They “fixed” everything but still couldn’t do the inspection. Tire light came back on right after leaving the lot. They also did not give me new oil stickers. When I went back AGAIN for an inspection, tire light was still on and there was no explanation for it. This was all a few weeks ago, and my oil light came on a couple days ago. I know sometimes sensors aren’t reset so I checked my oil myself, the oil was nearly black and was LOW. No reason that oil that’s supposed to last 5,000 miles should be looking like that. Manager sadly wasn’t any help, just very argumentative and adamant that it was done. No help with the tires either. Did offer a new oil change for a few hours wait but at this point, I have to do it myself to make sure it actually gets done.

I called for a specific repair I needed done and the man on the phone said to come in and the quicklane could do it that day. Once I came in 30 minutes later the service advisor said they don't know who spoke to me but they wouldn't be able to do the service without a diagnostic (and fee). I can mostly understand that part, but they also said they had no appointments available that day (contrary to what I was told over the phone when I asked if I needed one) and that they would need my truck for a few days at the minimum. I feel very misled. I will go to Covert where I took my last truck before I moved, since it is worth the extra 20 minutes to not have an hour of my time wasted with these games. At least Covert Ford explained the steps they would take over the phone without needing me to come in and then switching things up on me.

Nice people. Best to get there as soon as they open to avoid longer wait times.

I only returned for an oil change because I had a free coupon due to waiting 6 hours for an oil change last time. Another terrible experience, 3 hours for an oil change with only one person ahead of me in line at 7 am. They were supposed to change the cabin air filter and didn’t. After getting my truck back I had to return because the rotated the tires but not the tire pressure.

I’m not a huge fan of going to a dealership for service mostly because of their prices. If I can’t fix it myself then I search for a good, reputable, independent service center. However, I know when it’s time to visit the dealer’s service center. I knew I was probably going to need a plug job and unfortunately because of the model year F-150 (plugs breaking off inside the head because of carbon build-up) I have, it will cost even more to repair if not done correctly so I was not going to do this simple, yet very delicate service myself. Hence, my trip to the dealership. Aside from the usual higher costs (reason for only giving four stars instead of five), what made me leave a review today was their customer service. SPECIFICALLY, dealing with Mike Lawrence. Now sometimes this is worth paying a little extra. Mike is awesome. I picked up on his calm demeanor and patience and felt as though I could really trust this guy. He doesn’t set the prices himself so no foul there and he listened to my concerns and got my issues resolved. Aside from the service this time (I’ve had a bad experience here before with the mechanic not setting the plugs correctly last time), the price, and the time it took, I still believe in good customer service. I have good discernment and I can tell, dealing with a guy like Mike Lawrence every time will keep me coming back.

This place is packed every time I go, but I have never had any issues with my regular oil change/tire rotation service. The wait time can be 2-3 hours, so it's best to drop off when you can. If forced to wait, it's usually ready within the time period quoted.

Made an advance reservation at their "Quick Lane" for a battery replacement. When I get there they don't have my battery in stock! It will be 24 hours!! Where is the quick in that?? To top it off they no longer provide shuttle service. They offer me a Lyft ride at my expense! No more Mak Hiak for me!

Been taking both vehicles to this place for 10 plus years. After today, I’m finding a different place for oil changes and tire rotation. Last visit, they lost tools needed to service my tires. Had to special order wrench and lug nut socket . Today , arrived at 6:45 am, fourth in line and people that came in behind me got in and out before I could get my oil changed and tires rotated. Walked out at 9:30 after over 21/2 hour wait. Ridiculous!!

Go see Shay at the Quick Lane. Hands down the best service experience I’ve had since getting my car. Turn around time was quick and communication was consistent with no up selling unneeded products. This is now my go to for maintenance. Thank you Shay and all the other workers here.

The QuickLane wait here is nothing short of painful. 3 hour oil changes are the norm even with an appointment. I have been here for two oil changes and both times they didn't reset the oil timer causing me to have to return later. Parking is non-existent. The staff is very nice and attentive. I have to give them points for that. I think they are just overwhelmed. There is coffee and pastries in the morning.

There is nothing Quick about this Quick Lane in particular. You bring your car to do your oil change and tire rotation … that will take the entire morning at this place. The first time I brought my car her I thought it was bcs I came in late (9am) and there were a lot of other cars in before mine … the 2nd time place was a lot less crowded arrived much earlier and still took well over 4 (almost 5) hrs Not coming back …

I went in for service on my vehicle. Knowing it would not be a quick fix, I was given a loaner vehicle. That was greatly appreciated. I was in several current loaners for different reasons, but needless to say, I appreciated that they NEVER had me without transportation. Shay was great at making sure I was in something nice each time. My service contact was/is Sophie. And she's been great to work with. She's kept me informed and has been upfront and honest with her reports of what's going on with my vehicle. She's also had to deal with my warranty company, not an easy tasks. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars; my transmission was delivered 2 weeks before they located it in their warehouse. Meaning it could've been fixed long before it was. HOWEVER, the warranty company just sent it and didn't tell anyone at the dealership they were sending it. All in all they have been nice to work with. Total repairs after everything was said and done: $2000. But what I planned on doing but at least my vehicle is fixed. I'm sure the cost of getting the work done was more expensive at the dealership, but I was in a loaner for the whole 3 months that my vehicle was in the shop.

Mac Haik quick lane is overall great. The employees are always very friendly and welcoming. Work performed always meets expectations. The only problem is the wait time. Never scheduled an appointment for an oil change because I don't know exactly when I'm going to need one. But this place is so busy their appointments are like 6 weeks out. If you just walk in expect to be there for 2 to 3 hours... Maybe more.

Do not take your vehicle to quick lane? I am all about second chances I have gave quickly too many chances. Read their reviews they say it all horrible customer service they don’t give you recommendations. Your vehicle will start leaking oil a week later and they will tell they did nothing wrong. And try to buy your vehicle back.

Not impressed. Brought a 2016 F250 in for the second time to get bolt replaced for a tie down, that sheared off. Leaving for a 2nd time with the job un-complete. Service department won’t handle it, quick lane doesn’t want to do it. Tie downs are only 1 year warranty and the truck is 2 years old. Very disappointed and unsatisfied. was quoted $250.00 to fix, but they still won’t do the work. Oil change took 2 hours and they won’t set appointments. This place sucks.

Mac Haik's technician didn't use the complete part I sent to be fixed. Brake job was not satisfactory. I tried to save money by bringing my own parts. It did not end well. After explaining I needed at least the calipers back to get core value back from the auto part store...They were thrown in the trash. Both the manager of Mac Haik and I fished them out only to learn the next day the part was incomplete (I honestly don't know what a caliper looks like). So, I spent half my day running around town to get what I needed to get my $100 refund back. WORST part is, the part I took back to get the refund...half the part (bracket) wasn't even used!!! So, I assume I got almost a full labor cost $185 for half the work done. Seriously, why would you not use the brand new bracket (see pic). Obviously cutting corners leads to customers cutting ties with your business.

This place makes me hate getting maintenance on my truck. I've been here a couple of times and each time it eats up at least half of my day. An oil change and tire rotation never takes less than 2 hours and the last time I was there, they didn't even properly fasten the liner under my truck. I didn't have time to complain as I was already late for a prior obligation after waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes for something I could have done at a local shop in about 30-45 minutes. On top of that, a customer who came in after me asked for the same service AND a recall repair left 15-20 minutes before me. How does that make sense? The only reason I go here is because the nearest Ford service dept is too far away and I still have a few more prepaid maintenance visits left on my service plan. Otherwise, I'd go elsewhere. Avoid this place if you can. Or at least expect to clear at least half of your day out.

Bought my truck here, was told that my first oil change was on them. Walk in today and I'm told they no longer that. Reading their service reviews it sounds like I dodged a bullet but still wasted my time.

Just bought the wife a new car at Mac Haik in George Town Ford there are several Mac Haik dealerships but the only honest salesman I have found works at the MacHaik Ford Lincoln 😀 and his name is Troy Quiroz haven't had a very good experience at MacHaik dealerships until I meet this young man so if you a new or even used vehicle go seem him and he will make it happen if it is possible.
