Seemed like management didn’t want to do any deals! 3K difference and they wouldn’t budge. Drove to this dealership 4 times from Crestview and kept getting the run around. They keep saying, “Come back and let’s talk”then 4 wasted trips and a tank of gas later and still nothing. You here the commercials on the radio about how they are the number 1 dealership when in reality they are no different than any other dealership! Save your money and don’t waste the drive!

The one time I went I recieved great customer support for my Jeep Wrangler. My problem (back up light fuse would blow when shifter set to reverse) appeared complicated but turned out simple. Diagnostics and repair under hours. Recommended.

Had appointment for 7:30am oil change and tire rotation. Arrived about 7:am - Amber is great advisor.. Still not sure what tire pressure they set - front shows 38psi - rear shows 35psi. Have driven over 12 miles to see if psi will change on display - has not. Should all be at 36-37psi.

Mark, the service manager, at Hill-Kelly went above and beyond for me with a recent issue that ended with my 2021 Ram 1500 being repurchased (Lemon Law) by FCA. Without Mark’s help, I wouldn’t be enjoying my brand new truck, purchased elsewhere, just in time for our Christmas camping trip. (My opinion of the sales department differs, but that’s for another review!) Mark always takes my call or calls back promptly. I am very surprised that dealership, Hill-Kelly Dodge, will not service a 2013 Jeep Wrangler because it is supposedly too old. I purchased the Jeep new from a Jeep dealership. Knowing that I have a Mopar Protection Warranty, the service department still told me to call an independent business for service that the warranty will most likely not cover. I have had this Jeep serviced by several different dealerships without any concern due to age. In fact, another dealership in TX serviced it a couple months ago. The next closest dealership is not close at all. This is the only experience that I have had with this dealership and I am very disappointed.

I purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler on 1/10/2025 and had the pleasure of having Martin as my salesperson. He was attentive, kind, and very personable. He answered all my questions and was honest if he didn’t know the answer, but made sure he found out the correct answer. It was the most enjoyable experience of buying a vehicle I’ve had in my 64 years of life. Martin worked well with his sales Manager, Rusty to help my dreams come true. Martin was funny and very respectful. He was knowledgeable and did not pressure me into anything. We even played games while waiting for the finance department; where Richard was also very helpful. This will be my last new vehicle, but if I had to buy again, I would definitely go back to see Martin. This bright young man proves that a salesman can has dignity, morals and honor.

Took vehicle in for service. The service was not completed. Vehicle still in disrepair. Still charged the full amount. Beware of the service department. They lack the transparency that if your car cannot be fixed they will still charge you for the repair. This should have been communicated before service was attempted. Deception is 2nd nature to this dealer. You absolutely cannot get your vehicle serviced here, unless you’re ok tossing your money into the wind. They purposely left the part out that I would still be charged even if it couldn’t be fixed. The repair cost was $180 vehicle wasn’t repaired and I was still charged $180. The service manager did this with a smile and smirk on his face. They know what they do here. It’s up to you to stay away.

I have bought numerous cars there and have used their services for oil changes and anything I've ever needed everybody there has been courteous polite and very knowledgeable. They have the best selection the best pricing and the best customer service of any dealership I've ever been to.
