Horrible service, nasty people on phone when there is a problem like they can not be trusted to ship a injection pump! poorly packed make a claim with FedEx is their solution to improperly packed items. Buy elsewhere. EDIT 8/31: the pump was drop shipped by another party not Pensacola - these folks did everything to resolve the issue - the gent we spoke to on the phone was very helpful & the office manager Tonya Walters was very much in the know, actually called customers back.

Ordered a DB2 pump and new injectors for a 7.3 idi. Got the parts FAST! Had a core return label in the box. My truck is running excellent, and starts right up singing even at 30 degrees. I had a problem getting my core back from another shop, so I called and discussed it with them, and they gave me extra time to help me out. Very competitive prices. Will definitely buy from them again.

Bought a rebuilt Bosch VE pump for a 2001 VW Jetta ALH engine. I had had a bad experience with a different vendor so was worried how things would go. They shipped it quickly and it was well packaged. Absolutely outstanding customer service! And product. Was dead road side on a road trip in easter ga with a bad injection pump. After "AZ" kept we waiting for parts for three days to tell me ordered got cancelled after waiting. I called Jeremy at Pensacola fuel injection. He had me a pump built same day. "due to our broke down situation" I drove ten hours round trip and put the pump in the same night l, last night. We are in north Carolina the today and want to send a very big thank you to Jeremy and crew there! Thanks for getting us back on the road you guys!!. QUALITY PRODUCT.

I’m rebuilding a 6.2 cucv m1009 and confronted the owner about large amounts of sand on the pump after receiving the pump he told me to pull it and send it back offering nothing more than sorry boss we can’t do anything to send you a new one until we get that one back. If you want something cheap covered in sand internally and externally go with Pensacola. The owner is trash , the other employees are great but the guy needs to realize how to take care of people because no one in the 6.2/6.5 community has a found opinion of him

I ordered a ds pump from them and it doesn't work. No fuel going through it. So first i messaged them about the issue and the replied with we will send a replacement but call us first. So i did. We pretty much diagnosed the issue. But i was told to use old parts off my core. And i said that i shouldn't have to mess with it it has dots on everything. So if i break the seal it void's the warranty. And he replied with im telling you its ok to change it. I refused to put my old part on it. So he said he'll send me the part and i can fix it myself! So im still waiting for the part. Should be here Monday taking a week to get it. I guess my biggest issue is i paid good money and really don't think i should have to fix a part that should be ready to run. And i don't even know if the part is actual going to solve my issue. And the whole reason i bought a new one for the truck. So just be careful dealing with this company.

We sent in our BD2 Stanadyne fuel pump off to Pensacola to be rebuilt. We mailed out the old core on a Monday with a letter inside stating please rebuild this pump along with our name, return address, and phone number as instructed by Jeremy in parts / sales department per our phone call. They called us I believe on that Friday to collect payment over the phone for the rebuild. We paid for the item that morning and we had a UPS Tracking Number that afternoon. Needless to say, we received our new pump, and sales receipt via UPS about 5 days later on the following Tuesday. Great turn around time! The new pump looks brand new and was professionally packaged with memory foam packing and wrapped in a heavy duty plastic bag to prevent damage. We could not have asked for better customer service from this company. I don't know where some of the bad reviews for this company have came from but all I can say is that we had a great experience with this company from start to finish and we would do business with them again in the future if needed. We also followed Jeremy's instructions by putting the letter inside of the box with the old pump as he instructed us to do over the phone. Thank You Jeremy For Your Exceptional Service!!!

Got the 50hp super kit. 6 injectors, injector gasket and 6 new tubes. 2016 cummins 6.7. I was worried about being remands. Quality looked ok. Think I got 5 bosh oem modified injectors and one off brand. But installed and torque to spec and she started and ran. I called in and talked with Christianna and she was helpful and let me know about the cores. You have 30 days to get them back with no charge and they supply the shipping label back. So far so good. I have been ordering from pensacola fuel injection since about 2008. I've never had a issue with anything, from reman injectors to new replacement parts. I love the fact that they sell factory replacement parts also. All the OEM replacement parts are priced fairly, factory parts (at aftermarket Chinese junk parts prices). **EDIT** I still have no proof these injectors were tested. I shipped them to PFI, they shipped them back, no communication, no receipt, nothing until I asked. The vehicle in question is still running with no issues with replacement injectors that were not from PFI. These injectors shipped back have no proof of being tested. *** The third lml disaster kit from them, the third kit with injector issues. First one had excess return rates on two injectors to the point of not being able to start it. Second had codes a month later. The third I replaced 4 of the injectors with another brand due to injector timing codes, truck ran for three months with no issues, sent the 4 pfi injectors back for testing, PFI stated they are good. They clearly aren't.

I run a diesel shop here in Topeka Kansas and was working on my personal truck that blew the tip off the injector. I got their aftermarket spin on filter. Great item 5 stars for that. Bought a set of stock remans for a 05 5.9 cummins aswell my truck…. #5 was dead miss. They sent me a new one fixed the miss…. They then smoked grey, not black but grey. I ran the injectors for about 5-10 miles got them hot. Mysteriously stopped. Now they run fine. It used to fire in about 3-4 crank with the issue happening. Now it about 5-7 consistent starting. 200 miles with no issues. Would be willing to use Pensacola fuel again on future repairs for my customers and my personal diesel. Jeremy helped me through the whole process. Was even willing to refund me and held my cores till I gave him an answer. Standup guy through a frustrating process.

I purchased injectors from this location. Put him in my personal truck had to send them back because they were incorrect. They would not run, right? They sent me another set. It finally fixed it then for my company. I bought 4 had tested all of them in 4 bad So I bought 43 nozzles were incorrect for that year model truck, and it was a 15 model.\n Sent to another injector place to find this information out. They told me it didn't matter because it was out of warranty. By one month and The injector place had to take them apart to check them.Watch out
