The service during my car repair was amazing! Riley handled all the communication and updates, and it was always easy to reach out and get timely responses from him. Although it took 25 days to get my vehicle back, I completely understand as there was a delay due to ordering parts, and I was given a heads-up about it from the beginning. Despite the wait, the quality of the work was outstanding. My trunk was damaged in a rear-end accident, and they repaired it so well you’d never know it was ever hit. Highly recommend their service.

From the front office staff through the garage, everyone who assisted in repairing my Jeep was knowledgeable and helpful. This is Where I take my car when there is a car accident and i don't need me to come back with any issues. Friendly and went way out of there way . Been there 2x not proud of why , ( not my fault both times) but happy with the service provided . You can trust them with your car. I paid deductible so can't say about price but average costs around the board. Really depends on how many hours they need to spend on the parts they are putting in sometimes. Happy customer. I went for the service not the price.

I’ve never experienced this before but my car ended up being a total loss, but they referred me over to enterprise and they helped me to get a rental car. So between both places I would say they were very helpful. Here are pictures I was hit from behind where my trunk would not close & as you can see it was the driver side that got hit & all underneath was rusted out & the suspension break was hanging down so when the appraisal guy looked at it, that’s when he said there was nothing they could do and again it was a total loss and I only had the car for two months. But all in all between the two places again, they were very helpful.

The more you look at the repair, the worse it gets. 2019 WRX was in to fix a cell phone size scrape on the bumper. Upon return of vehicle, the bumper was poorly fitted, leaving gaps and wide seams between bumper and fenders. While inspecting, found old fasteners re-used and a bolt cross threaded and not fully fastened to hold the bumper in place. I immediately addressed this, and Anthony Oleksza instantly denied any responsibility, and claimed pre-existing damage due to some scrapes beneath the bumper he saw - at which at no point of service was this ever mentioned. The entire experience had been poor, lack of communication, no attentiveness to job procedures, additional repair time from 2 days to 8 days, use of aftermarket parts instead of OEM Subaru. Vehicle wasn't ready at scheduled pick up time, and they had to "Find someone to put on the bumper, because they didn't know where their tech was". I arrived at the scheduled pickup time 4:15pm 10/7/2022 to find bumper was not on the car, however, Anthony found a few techs to quickly put on the bumper and rinsed off the car within 40 minutes before handing me the keys. The paint work is lack luster as well, looks like they simply painted over all debris on the bumper. The owners should be embarrassed that their team delivered such lack luster work quality and ethics to their customers. Stay.away.from.this.place.

Great customer service and attention to detail!! I had a small job I wanted to get done and Hillcrest Carstar was the only one that would even look at it. They did a phenomenal job! Paint matched a difficult color with no code and it came out terrific! Very quick and thorough. Corey was super helpful and made the whole thing easy!! Thanks!! Additional review: 2 for 2!! Quality was very good. Noticed after I picked it up that they were a little sloppy taping some molding, otherwise I’m happy. Very friendly staff. My job was quoted at 2, maybe 3 days, in the shop, but turned into 6 working days. No courtesy calls to let me know of delays, I had to call and inquire every day. They did call when it was ready.

My collision repair experience at CARSTAR was mixed. I chose this location because it’s the preferred repair facility from my insurance company. On the positive side, the collision repair on my vehicle was done properly and professionally. However, the communication was terrible. CARSTAR uses an automated text message system to provide repair updates and estimated completion dates. Unfortunately, the system is completely inaccurate and needs to be replaced. For example, shortly after leaving the vehicle for repair, I received several text messages, over a two-week period, confirming a completion date. Two days before that date, I received a new message delaying the completion date by two weeks. When I inquire about the change by phone, I was told that the repair work hadn’t even started yet because parts were unavailable. But if the repair hadn’t started, why were they sending me a completion date or not telling me they were having delays getting parts? Over the next several weeks, while the repair was actually happening, the text messages kept promising incorrect and delayed completion dates. A two-week repair, based on the text messages, turned into about seven weeks. I never received an accurate completion date by text message or phone until the day the repairs were complete. I don’t blame CARSTAR for the time and difficulty they had getting parts for the vehicle. However, I do blame them for not being upfront and accurate in their communications.

Not sure about the price since this was an insurance covered repair. As far as the repair itself goes, they did an excellent job however they were TERRIBLE regarding getting the job done. It took over FIVE weeks when it should’ve taken 8 days tops. We were continually told the repair would be done a particular week and then were given excuses as to why it would take another week. Multiple times were told the car wasn’t ready because their detailer wasn’t in that day. Another excuse we were given was that when they were installing parts, the person had somehow damaged the part and had to fix the part prior to installing…..yup…..another week. It took so long that our insurance company told us the rental car was no longer covered. We would NOT recommend this service station to anyone nor would we be using them in the future.

Had the car way too long for what needed repaired . When called to see how they were doing, received BS made up reasons for delay. Never went over repairs made when picking up vehicle. Work ethic needs improvements on attending agents, not the technician

The car looks great. They did a really nice job putting it back together and making sure everything works. The only issue for me was that it took 2 months to fix. Now I dont know if this is because of insurance issues or just parts coming in. Just took a really long time. Other than that they did great

I only put price I paid as unsure because it was an insurance claim from other party in the accident. Carstar did an excellent job above my expectations. They even fixed the issue causing my doors/windows/sun roof and seat to not work. Everything electric didn’t work but when I got back in my car, they all worked! Looks like a sparkling brand new car! Hands down the best body shop I have used!!
