So I need to go back on an earlier post and give credit where credit is due. They went out of their way to get my truck in for and oil change and explained why they didn't want to put the truck on the lift while loaded with firewood. I thought it was a drive thru bay for oil changes, but I stand corrected. Sorry Miller service for the bad press, it was out of line and I will attempt to edit my previous review.

Went in to get an oil change. Mike let me know that it could be a 2 hour wait as they were busy. I was able to have my daughter pick me up but she couldn't bring me back. That's when I meant Mr Norman. I was waiting for my daughter to pick me up so I went outside to sit on the bench. Mr. Norman was sitting there and we got to talking. He said he could pick me up and bring me back. This is a great service and Mr Norman is a nice guy. When I got back to get my car Mike Liddell went over my car information with me and I was on my way. When I got home I realized I left my water bottle by the bench. I called and Mike answered and went out and got my water bottle and put it at his desk for me to pick up the next day. Thanks for the great service. Penny Wheeland

I recently had the misfortune of visiting Honda Miller for a car service, and I must say, the experience was far from pleasant. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout the entire process. It seems they have no idea how to treat customers with basic courtesy and respect. Additionally, their lack of knowledge about the manufacturer's policies was quite concerning. On multiple occasions, I had to correct them about the coverage of my vehicle's warranty, as they were trying to charge me for services that should have been included. This blatant attempt to overcharge left me feeling like they were trying to take advantage of my situation. If you're considering taking your vehicle to Miller Honda for service, I would strongly advise against it. Their poor customer service, lack of knowledge, and eagerness to overcharge is a recipe for a terrible experience. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable and customer-friendly dealership.

Everyone here is knowledgeable and informative, but most of all... HONEST. They're very transparent with what's wrong with your car. Service is quick and very reasonably priced. There’s about 10 employees in the reception area yet no one help or even makes eye contact with you for at least ten + minutes. I wanted a simple oil change - they took my car and I wait for 50mins. Finally I asked about my car and they informed it hadn’t been started. I asked for my car to be pulled around so I could leave - they waited 15 -20 minutes before pulling my car around. I was there well over an hour and never got my oil change. You’re better off going anywhere else.

Miller did a brake check on my car less than 400 miles ago. Today I hear grinding in the brakes. Call them to see if they can have a quick look at it since they ok'd the brakes so recently..."that'll be $150 and you'll have to schedule it..."

Said they looked over "everything" after i bought the car 4 days prior (84,000miles used). They told me i should change the front struts in the near future because they looked corrided, and the boots were broken and kindly quoted me close to $1,500... that didn't explain why i felt a stutter feeling going 1500-1900rpms and sometimes (rarely) a hard steering wheel shake reversing or coming to a stop... so i looked at it... and found a rats nest, sparkplug corona stains (blow-by), transmission filters needed to be changed and serpentine belt needed to be changed and the dipstick was rotting (which could of caused alot of problems later on). And the minor accident looks more major than minor. Upon closer inspection, the frame was bent... It's not a major part, but none the less im paying 22k for this car, and they tell me i need to fix the struts when, in reality, the entire car needs some tlc. So i did all of it, and the car stopped the shaking symptom. Month later Update. Back up camera is glitching out black i still see the yellow guide lines but no picture. Probably water got in it supposedly its common problem and $425 for just the part.

The service team at miller Honda is beyond exceptional. They were very polite and helpful on the phone to set up the service, as well as during and after. I had trouble finding a shop to rebuild my ignition lock cylinder and Honda was able to get it done at an extremely good price, very quickly. I dropped off my car and by the next day before noon it was done. They even included a card for a free car wash which I have never seen anywhere else. I highly recommend getting service done here!
