I used Schultz's for an emergency tow, after breaking down at the turn light, near Kohls/Jensen Road. I was towed a 1/4 mile up South Jensen Road. I used about 30 mins of this companies time. The guy wanted to be paid under the table. He dropped the truck off, blocking my drive way, because he couldn't be bothered backing up correctly. Remember this was a 1/4 mile from the stop light at Kohls. After he dropped the vehicle off. I asked how much, he had the nerve to ask for $250, this company is crazy. I gave him $200 and told him that's all I had, it looked shocked, but I think he made out pretty well, I wish I got paid $250 for 30 mins work..do not use them and if Vestal police try to arrange to use the, pick someone else i.e triple city's towing

I had my truck towed after hitting a deer. The tow distance was 4.7 miles or 8.4 round trip. Even though my insurance company covered the tow, they charged over $850 for a less than 10 mile tow. Are you kidding me? I'm not up on going rates, but that seems way out of line.

Absolutely, without question, the best service center to take your vehicle. I took my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee for evaluation and repair of a brake issue. A repair cost over $1000.00 could easily have unnecessarily been performed and I would never have known any different. Jerry was not comfortable performing what was initially thought to be the problem, kept the vehicle a little longer, performed some additional flushing of the system, did some further evaluation, and symptoms cleared. The extra effort saved a lot of money. I don’t know of any other dealer or shop that would have gone the extra mile like Jerry did.

My car exploded qnd was towed to their company and they refused to let me get my salvageable belongings back knowing all my money and cards and everything burnt up I asked if I could get a few things and explained this all to them and they said you can't take anything because of the tow fee
