They deserve 1 star for not avoiding you and taking time to show you the possible issues to your vehicle. The major negative issues. It was stated that when I called to see what time ( weeks in advance) I could bring my car in, was the time on the invoice my car was in the shop. They misrepresented the bottom line amount due. The insurance company Allstate ( not mine) seem to be shifting the numbers around in the shop's favor. The hood and bumper had alignment issues after it was completed, claiming of a pre-existing issue that they "reported" to Allstate. So of course Allstate isn't going to pay for it. The reason why my insurance wasn't paying for anything because the other party admitted fault.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hilltop Bodyshop! I just picked up my 2024 Volvo XC60 and they did an absolute AMAZING job. I'm in the car business and I can tell if a car has ever been painted on. You would never know there was ever a scratch on mine after Hilltop finished the repairs. They are extremely easy to work with and they didn't keep my vehicle for forever and a day, which I greatly appreciated. Thank you so much! Hopefully I won't find myself having to use you guys for repairs again, but you can bet if I do, you will be the only place I call and I will definitely recommend you to others!!! Thanks again
