This was literally the worst experience I've ever had in Memphis. my partner originally took my car for an INSPECTION, was told it was free if we got the work done by them or $120 if we went somewhere else. Then was told it was my radiator and was quoted $800 (which for a radiator is RIDICULOUS) Didn't want the work done by them so he told them that he was on the way to pay for the inspection and the car would be towed. H e was then told that the work had already been done WITHOUT my (the official owners permission) not even a call to my partner to confirm. Then we both go up there and talk to Aylin, she tells us that she has too many cars on her lot and we make a deal to get the car moved. she talks to Paula and changes her mind doesn't tell us until we go back to the shop after waiting on the tow truck she then calls the cops on my partner claiming he was "acting crazy" all because he cursed once after being lied to. please don't take your car here unless you want to be extorted, disrespected, and the police called on you.

BEST repair shop in Memphis, HANDS DOWN. Don’t go anywhere else! My jeep broke down half way through a very long road trip and I was fortunate enough to find Eagle’s Auto Repair to save the day. This is a family owned shop and they are all so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Fair pricing and they had me back on the road the SAME day after having to replace two parts on my engine. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Eagle’s Auto Repair! 5/5 stars—highly recommend.

I found this company strolling on TicTok. I reached out to them and told her my problem I was having with my son truck. He lives in Nashville but he didn’t know anyone there so I had him bring his truck here. When we arrived my son let him know about his heat not working and making some rattling noise then it stopped blowing heat. Dropped Off the keys about 2pm and she called at 5pm saying it was ready to go. When we arrived to pick up his truck they gave us recommendations and maintain advice about the truck. They checked his oil also(it was low)before he got back on the highway. My 1st time there was great experience.Timely manner and it was feasible. I Highly recommended and will use your services again.
