If you want to be ripped off and have shabby work done on your vehicle with horrible customer service then this is the place to go!! I had my car towed here due to a failure to start from a bad terminal on my battery (not diagnosed by this "auto shop"). They charged me $130 to "clean the excess grease off the cables" a direct quote from owner. Clearly, a thorough diagnostic testing of any kind was not done, otherwise the bad positive battery terminal would have been recognized and addressed quickly by any competent mechanic and auto shop. I did call back a few days after I picked up my vehicle due to my lights flickering and windows not going down (which I had no problem doing before the failure to start). I had a very unprofessional conversation with the owner about how "it wasn't their fault b/c my car wouldn't start to begin with and my cable looked bad" NOW they look bad days later, why was something not said when I was standing in your office days earlier? Did you hope I would bring it back so you could stiff a female out of more money? I was not attempting to place blame on the shop when I called back, but instead was foolishly going to take my car back for more work. He interrupted me before I could even finish my statement. SO very glad he showed his true colors and I followed my first mind to hang up the phone and not ever return to this shop!! Also, they did not place anything down to protect my seats or floor and got black grease all over my grey door handle (which was clearly noticeable and not wiped off. Just trifling!! With Covid-19 going around I'd expect more sanitary practices, like wearing of masks by employees especially in office, others' vehicles, and the use of hand sanitizer. Will be reporting these findings to health department as well.

Excellent shop. They exhausted ways to save me money and suggested only the fixes that were necessary as opposed to a big name local transmission shop. I returned again for a concern that turned out to be nothing and they didn’t charge me to look at it. If you are looking for an honest transmission shop, this is it!

it's been 3 and a half years since this shop serviced our 92 GMC Sierra. i thought i left a review shortly after we got fixed up and back on the road. it was unfortunate that our clutch went out on us while we were traveling from Potosi, MO to Jasper, AL during the peak of the covid pandemic. without any hesitation they picked our truck up from the hotel, put us in front of other paying customers to get us back on the highway shifting gears with ease in 3 days. it definitely was worth the 800 dollars paid to replace the clutch. he told us then that it would be a possibility to run into other issues since the throw out bearing had basically welded itself to the spindle. that being said our ole red is still tickin' and this shop is forever apart of the memories we have built with our beloved pick-up. Thanks again for keeping her alive for us! if we didn't live so far away i would bring our truck in for some touch ups in a heartbeat.

My wife and I are traveling cross country. We had car issues getting into Memphis. We were told by a local shop that we had a transmission problem and they did not work on transmissions. I got referred to D&B Automotive and took the car in first thing o. Monday after Thanksgiving weekend. D&B did some troubleshooting and told us it was not the transmission but the catalytic converter. He didn't charge us for his time troubleshooting our issue. Super friendly, knowledge people and the shop cat is a plus.
