Exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival I was properly greated dispite entering into the garage the wrong way. A very silly mistake but the rep didn’t make me feel foolish. Now what really impressed me is that Huffman did their research recognizing theirs an open recall on my Q7 and made sure I didn’t leave without it getting fixed. They had a loaner ready for me. My initial visit was for an oil change. I appreciate the fact they properly inspect my Q7 making needed service recommendations. I lost faith in the previous dealership I did business with because how I was treated and the level of care they showed when working on my Q7. With this experience I’m willing to drive the distance and looking forward doing business in the near future.

Dealer tried way over charging me to replace an emblem that cost 120 dollars and 10 mins to change. Here is the quote they texted me. Also charged me to fix a door rattle that should have been covered under warranty due to lose screws Hi Jack, recommend starting with having all tires road force balanced $169.95+tax. Coolant is ok, must of been an air pocket in the system that popped, and brought down the level some-no leaks. Emblem is not covered under extended warranty-labor intensive to install $910+tax. Lastly, rattles/adjustments are not covered under warranty-will need to take the door panel apart and diagnose further $229+tax. Thank you, Athena --Hoffman Audi Hartford

I had some concerns about the front suspension bushings on my Q5 and wanted them to be examined prior to the expiration of the warranty. They did a thorough inspection and allayed my fears. The video they provided was very informative. Courteous, helpful and friendly service PLUS they hand washed the car!

Shop had my reservation and service was ready on time. Estimated service time was accurate and waiting area was comfortable other than being pretty noisy with the piped in music. The handler was efficient but not too friendly and poor eye contact…. Probably a nice guy… just not as customer friendly as could be. All in all my experience was as previous visits have been. My only recommendations would be to send all greeters back to customer service training and reexamine pricing of services for these increasingly difficult financial times in order to maintain service volume.

Recently bought an Audi at another dealership and was completely dissatisfied with their service when I had an issue. Brought it to Hoffman, and had a great experience from the very first phone call to set up my service appointment. On the day of my appointment, Rocky was outstanding, talking me through everything and making me feel completely at ease that they would only do what was needed to service the car. Their video inspection blew me away with their transparency and honesty. This is my first Audi but I think I’m a fan of this dealership for life.

First time servicing my car at Hoffman. Everyone was super professional, especially Rocky. Had some general maintenance items for them to take care of, plus a software update and diagnosing a weird sensor issue which was covered under warranty. They handled it all in the same visit except for the parts they needed to order for the warranty repair (and scheduled another visit and a loaner vehicle for me to come back to take care of that). They even had someone drop me off at work and pick me up later. Car was washed and vacuumed too. Nice experience.

I had my car towed to Hoffman from another Audi dealership in Watertown after they could not figure out why it wasn’t starting. Athena at Hoffman communicated everything with me from the time my car arrived at their facility to the moment it was done. They were able to pinpoint the issue right away and fix it within a couple hours. Athena communicated all pricing and gave quotes for additional optional services. I can not thank the Hoffman service team enough for their quick and effective response to my vehicle. Moving forward, I will never service my car anywhere else.

As a high end ceramic coating and ppf shop owner, I am very very particular on who touches my car and where it goes. This service experience was phenomenal from the second I walked in the door at 8:09 am I was greeted by Rocky, my service advisor. I was quickly checked in and taken care of the instant I exited my vehicle. Rocky and I have met before with customer car drop offs and more importantly taking care of my mother with her car over the years. It’s very nice to see a familiar face, it builds a lot of trust and confidence knowing I’m going to see someone I’ve interacted with vs a stranger. This is important as I plan to keep my r8 forever due to it being discontinued and not easily replaceable. At 2pm I was called by Rocky with an all set and he parked it out front in an end spot, backed in and slightly taking up two spots. As a car guy this is grail style parking, for non car people, this means no door dings guaranteed on one side near the curb and a 99% chance of no dings on the other side and no front lip damage due to being able to use a back up camera to gauge distances. Trifecta. Paperwork was already completed and it’s one signature and keys, however Rocky walked me out to the car to grab the protective covering off the steering wheel, floor mats and seats that was still in the car. Immediately I could tell extreme care and courtesy was taken on my vehicle. 10/10 service and will be back next fall for maintenance again. For everyone wondering, the car is a 2020 Audi R8 V10 Performance Plus Spyder with red interior and brakes on black exterior. An extremely rare combo to see and find. Also not only is Rocky phenomenal in service, I can’t go to Hoffman Audi and not see my favorite salesman Amaury and the best car sales manger in the game Mike Telep. Best duo of genuine people in the industry I’ve ever met.
