I went in for two tires on 12/13/24, but one of my rims came up missing. I know how my car was going in and what it looked like, yet was lied to me about what had happened to my rim. My vehicle is a Toyota Corolla, yet they wanted to play dumb to where my rim went. Where is my Toyota rim at and what did they do with it is the heated question? I placed a review on the link to the 71 W. McNichols site not knowingly that I should have placed my review here, so any new customers can be on alert. Seems like they treat each person differently and we all are not given the same customer services with respect, care, or concerns of valuing each customer. Not returning at all to Holbrook Tire and Glass Shop. Waiting to see how this matter will be handled and resolved.

Big homie Sam was recommended my father and did not disappoint. Asked all the right questions what size rims, what size tire and if I wanted to pay an extra 20 for a core aluminum wheel of save the money. He set it all up within 30 mins or less!!! Customer service was excellent however, I called the day before and thought I had an appointment for 10am, got there at 9:30 and I'm still waiting 3 hours later. It's cold in waiting area. If they remove one those rim carts, they would have more room for chairs for it's only 4 chairs now. No vending machine no coffee. I took one star away because of the above.

My experience with Holbrook when i first began my services with them in December was okay..i purchased a windshield replacement and 2 gently used tires, while the windshield installment was great i was having issues with my tires and Alvin called me and asked me to come back to correct their mistake.. Alvin honestly is one of the best employees they have as he is very tentative to the customers needs and he makes sure the work is done correctly and if there are any mistakes, he takes pride into making it right.. he definitely convinced me to bring my vehicle back in the future for more services..thank you!!
