I went this sat April 5 2025 unprofessional, had a teenage young boy putting the oil a container then pouring it in the oil changer, that was odd, didn’t refill my window fluid nor check the tires, never go back to yall again..

These new workers they have in there are trash.. I paid for a oil change and new filter. They never replaced the filter and just added new oil on top of old oil. I had to go down the street for the other shop to fix their wrongdoings.. and I was told when I asked questions that it nothing they can do.. And my car sensors was the issue.. I’ll never go to this place again.. I wish I could give it no stars at all..

Not happy. I explicitly said no to the car wash and they charged for it anyway. I was charged for gas additive and engine treatment, I was never asked if I wanted this. Then they ran my card before providing the invoice... after checking my past invoices NONE of these fees were ever added before. To not ask if you would like a service and simply do it amounts to theft. I will never be returning to this location.

I've gotten an oil change from here before and the service was fast and professional. Mike usually changes my oil but he wasn't there this day. This time I felt played. Had to buy my own filter from across the street and by the time I returned, the guy said my oil was changed. Feeling slighted, I was charged $25 instead of $50. My truck seems to start louder like it takes longer for the oil to spread, likely because they skimped on the oil... if they changed it at all. I won't be back if Mike isn't behind the counter and now I have to pay for another oil change for peace of mind.

Best customer service I have had anywhere and because of that I've made a point of returning for every oil change at this place for almost 3 years. They are honest and always treat me with respect (as a female driver that's sadly not the case with many garages/mechanics). Good value for money and everybody there knows a lot more about cars than just how to change fluids and inflate tires.

Whatever happened here with the change of management was not for the best. I was coming here for years and never had an issue, now these new guys kept telling me they weren’t going to change the oil because it wasn’t dark, even though I gad just bought the used car and wanted to know that I put the correct oil in the car, they refused to change it…I brought it back a month later, same deal, the oil is not dark and we can’t change it. Im looking at the new crew, and they look like they’re working out of a spot, extremely non-business looking, should I judge them by looks ? yeah I should. Anyway I’ve rode past the place a few times, it definitely is not the same owner

The guys here are so nice and know exactly what they’re doing. I had just bought my car and went in for an oil change for the first time- I wasn’t sure where the lever was to pop my hood and they found it for me. Mike did my oil change and did everything perfectly! It happened pretty fast and I’ll keep going back as long as I need. No troubles at all 😊♥️

Victory Lane is the best place where I have the oil changed in my car on my truck. They’re prompt, professional, courteous, and all-around good people. These folks are owner operators, so you won’t have someone working on your car with a “just a summer job” attitude. Also, their location is central and convenient, right on Woodward Avenue in Highland Park, which is totally accessible for anybody heading up Woodward after work.

I went to the Highland Park location today. Upon my arrival they were slow to open the garage door almost hesitant. It's possible because I was driving and Audi A8l. I was there because I accidentally over filled my oil while topping it off. Non the less I told the young man my situation, that I needed about a half quart drained and asked what would they charge? Mind you this car has and electronic oil gauge and no dip stick . The young attendant said he'll have to see and asked me to pop the hood. I declined to do so and told him its electronic. The other young guy seemed to know this, but their vibe was off... Maybe it was the lack of professionalism i.e no uniforms and the strong smell of Marijuana coming through my window. My spidy senses told me to decline service and get the heck out of there. Very unprofessional!!!

STOP!!! DO NOT!!! PSA!!! Had my oil changed in January, took my car into the dealership for service regarding another issue, while fixing on problem they noticed I had the wrong oil filter on my car and oil filter adapter was broken due to wrong filter. They say they not responsible and not their oil filter. I ask for them just to replace what was broke by them. IT WASN'T THERE FAULT AND WILL NOT PAY ACCORDING TO CORPORATE OFFICE. With receipt and window tag, my total went from $500 to $1,457.20.

DO NOT! I REPEAT, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR, TRUCK, VAN, JEEP, GO-CART, MOPED, BIKE, BIG WHEEL, TRICYCLE, OR STROLLER HERE! I tried to give those guys a chance and not judge them by their appearance, but I should have trusted my gut feeling. It didn't look like they cared about much of anything; no drive, no ambition, and the customer service was subpar, to say the least. I don't believe they changed my oil filter. Also, after driving a few miles, I decided to check my oil dipstick, and it was dry, meaning they didn't fully fill it. I truly believe this place needs to be shut down. Responding to these reviews doesn't help if the customer service and work ethic remain the same. I mistakenly read the reviews while already getting serviced. I wish I had read them before arriving. A truly unfortunate experience.

Liars, charged me 60 bucks for an oil and filter change. Filter was not changed nor was any inspection. see pics Responding to owner; Thanks for your kind offer but I already made other arrangements given I needed an oil change for a trip. It is true, see the picture of the oil filter taken across the street in the autozone parking lot. I asked the young guy who changed my oil multiple times before and after the change "filter too right"... and he said yes every time.
