Left my car there for an oil change they ordered me a Lyft to ride home then I missed there call back..... They never sent me a text about getting me another Lyft so now I have to wait till the next day to get my car........

I went there specifically for a Honda car was trying to sell me some other car and I didn't and wasnt about to put down 2k. Associate tried to play me by saying oh someone is interested in car but played himself cause I just went to another dealership and got a BRAND NEW CAR.

Drove all the way across town for an appointment to fix a certain piece that was stated when the appointment was made only to wait for an hour and a half and then them tell me that they had to order the part. It was supposed to be 30 minutes worth of labor and we got no labor so far after being there for nearly 2 hours. My host attempted to be a little bit rude in his text messaging after I was there waiting for an hour but ultimately it wasn't his fault that the part wasn't there. Obviously a breakdown of communication somewhere though.

Made an appointment to come in 12 . I asked how long that I was going to wait . “Oh it will be at least 2 hours to get it in” why did I make an appointment? “Oh that’s just to check in” I waited 2 1/2 hours my car never moved . This was for a warning light that should have gone off with new starter that was installed

Bought my Toyota here two years ago. Any time had an issue I've brought it back here for service. Fast friendly and close to my house. Today was the first time I was pretty much told to take it to Toyota cause they didn't have a Toyota guy.... I mentioned I bought it here and always bring it here and he again insisted inshouks taken it to Toyota... So just left. Idk if I'll ever be back. Pretty disappointed. Was just a locking issue. You mean your guys can't figure out why a door won't lock? If Reggie was there this never would happened. Disappointed 😞

Very professional, friendly, and thorough. One of the services I wanted was headlights replaced. The service writer told me not to, headlights are $1000 a piece! She suggested a buy a restoration kit myself. The first one I tried had failed. But the second one was much better. I bought both kits elsewhere, so it's not like they were trying to upsell me. Will definitely return for service, even though is 20+ miles away.

I had some issues with my car warning lights alerting me on my dashboard. These friendly folks were very helpful and got me in quickly, and diagnosed the turbo problem and ordered the parts, and had me repaired in just a few days. They worked with me with the extended warranty company and got my damages approved for payment. They also had a good deal arranged with a local rental car company to save me about 70% of the cost of a vehicle. It's difficult to find good customer service like this these days

All of the service advisors and the techs are great to work with. We purchased a used car from Honda and always bring our vehicle here to be serviced. They gave us a great price on a transmission drain and fill as well as a semi-synthetic oil change. I live about 5 minutes away from the dealership. They even gave me a ride back to my house, so I didn't have to sit and wait. They also offered to come and pick me up if needed. This is a great dealership including parts, sales and service.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙌
