Worst service . Big Scam . Trying to charge customers unnecessary charges . With out any issues asking to replace parts and charging more prices for those parts and service charges . Greeley Honda service charges more compare to other Honda dealers.

Great experience both times I’ve been here - will continue to use them. I’d been to the Honda in Longmont and was unimpressed so I was wary, but the staff here is great. Appointments are available in a very reasonable timeframe. The employees are efficient and thorough. Service is quick and prices have been reasonable.

Paid for diagnostic, they said two things wrong with it. Not even a week later my car broke down and now I need a new engine...isn't the point of the diagnosis so you could tell me my engine is bad instead they made me pay 3k for the repairs and now want to charge me for a new engine!! Don't take your car here for repairs they running a scam

I have an extended warranty, that covered everything. Service department sent a quote to the warranty people. What was required to repair and replace was 100% covered by the warranty. Warranty people stated per manufacturer the labor time should be only 1 hr and included in the price of the part and asked for justification for the additional 2.5 hrs. Of labor they were requesting... they could not justify it to the warranty people, so warranty people denied that charge, HOWEVER they then tried to charge me the cost. My warranty say specifically in bold letters "$100 deductable was all i was supposed to pay, they tried giving me an invoice for over $600. Therefore in my opinion they are/did not honor the extended warranty that we were paying for. Taking my vehicle to another place who will follow the warranty(s) sold by Honda.

Paid $415 for a VTEC solenoid gasket replacement. When I took it in and they found the leak, I was told by Ryan Mcmanus that this was a very complicated job that should not be done by myself. I would have to line up gears from the solenoid or the engine would not run. Come to find out after some research that this is just pressure actuated and is definitely something I could have done in an hour in my garage. The part was also $15. So I ended up paying $400 extra for something that would have taken me hardly any time. I am mostly upset about being lied to on how difficult the job was and being scared about ruining my engine if it wasn't done right. My advice is do your research when they are telling you things and just do it yourself if you can. Don't make my mistake.
