We had our repeat oil change and lubrication plus we replaced a discovered brake light out. We were given estimates to change many fluids which we appreciate along with the timing belt. This was performed by the prior owner at approximately 95K miles so we are deferring these recommendations for future consideration. I am semi retired and drive low mileage per year. We appreciate the friendly service and an approximate estimate to update the navigation software, also deferred.

I was pleasantly surprised by the good price I paid for my oil change service. I had a coupon. The service was fast and the employees were friendly. After the service I was given a recommendation list of things that should be done in the future, some sooner than later but I did not feel pressured into spend more money at this time. I am pretty disappointed with this people's I mean the mechanical well with the advisers! Speciali the chase petePeterson. When you perform a service, a service will do your best to do your job,but on jun 21/24 I did take my car for services at honda of salem But after they performed the services, they left the bumper way, way too wrong, I bet anything that they didn't put back the bumper how it was. Every time I drive on the Hwy I,I'm afraid for my safety that the bummer may fall down on the road and I will cause an asident on the road, after they perform they should put back the front bumper how was installed, after I notice the problem I immediately asked this guy chase p. Why dl they did installed back the bumper wrong His response was: Well, where do you install your bumper? You need to go with they people's who installed your bumper!! Really, how sarcastic sounds hat that respond for 2 One because, honda of salem performing a services and they the one who should put back the bumper how it was before they work on the car, 2 They are the one's who should installed back the bumper how it was. Nothing justified the neglected unprofessional job they did. But they charge more than $ tow thousand. I will recommend everyone to take a picture on your car before you leave with them and after too. That's what I did and I bet you You will support your graund. This is after you perming your work.
