So I got my oil changed at Honest-1 Autocare for the 1st time, 6 months ago. I must say that I love these guys and they provide great and comprehensive costumer service. They would have had me with the White Cheddar Cheez-Its alone, but the waiting area feels more like an upscale hotel. Free wi-fi, I was able to continue working while waiting. Score. Excellent service. They got me in and out fast, and they were already busy. I'll definitely be back.

Just had the best experience here! Brought my car in for an oil change and brake pads. They checked everything out and it turned out I had tires that were visibly splitting and my AC is about to poop out as well. I already knew these were things that were not in the best shape, but I didn’t realize how bad it was. They talked me through everything that needed to be done and the pricing. Matt was who I talked to specifically and he was so kind and patient. He didn’t pressure me to get things done that weren’t 100% necessary in that moment. Money is tight right now and he was so understanding. He beat the price that I was getting from Discount Tire for 4 new tires and gave some other discounts as well. As a woman, I have had experiences in the past where auto shops have tried to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and over charge me for services. I truly felt so comfortable with this entire experience. I know it’s already in the name, but they really are so honest! They are also so kind and professional. After 9 years of living in this area, I have finally found the auto shop I will use from here on out. My sincerest thank you to Matt and the entire team here!

Diagnosis includes photos clearly labeled with recommendations of broken parts. The entire process is transparent, also the mechanic working on my car came in early to finish the job, they had me back on the road in less than 24 hours with 7 hours of labor. My car feels brand new and I don't dread driving it anymore!

I was out of town and my F150 needed an alternator. I called this company since I use them in Cincinnati for fleet oil changes and thought they would be normal to deal with. They gave me an estimate so I said Ok and had the vehicle towed there. After the vehicle was towed to them, they got back with me the next day with a total that was over 3x their original estimate. They charged a huge fee for an examination fee that I didn't ask for. I only wanted the alternator replaced. I finally just told them to go ahead and do the work. When I picked up the truck, it was a cold nervous reception. I paid the bill and left. After I got back to my hotel, I looked at the bill and they put on a rebuilt alternator! My receipt said nothing about a warranty. The alternator is still going....at 3 times more than their local office told me it would cost if I brought it there. Travelers BEWARE!

I took my car here and got it diagnosed. Service was good. I found someone who would do the work way cheaper than them. I’m a college student paying for my own repairs out of pocket, I couldn’t afford the $1000 invoice they sent me. I came to get my car and paid for my diagnosis but told them I would be going somewhere else. This is when they started being passive aggressive to me. The receptionist entire attitude changed. When the mechanic came to give me my cars keys he roughly tossed them on the counter in front of me, even though I was right next to him. The receptionist (also a man) picked my keys up, but not to hand them to me. He tossed them on the counter but closer to me. Very rude. It should be noted that when I went to them another time and paid $1000 for repairs they politely handed me my keys and told me to have a great day. I guarantee they wouldn’t have been brave enough to treat a man that way. It’s really shameful and I’m not coming back. I urge other women not to come here either unless they have a “male chaperone” willing to accompany them.

My recent visit to Honest-1 was a positive experience. It was a routine oil and filter change and tire rotation that the service technician completed within a reasonable amount of time. There were a couple of concerns with my car that the guy showed me and explained to me in language that I understood. Everyone from the front office to the service area were professional and truly cared about me and my car. This was my first visit and I will definitely go back to Honest-1 in the future.

I am happy with the explanations given for repairs as well as the technology they use to quote, list and educate. This time around I went in for A/C service and they came back with a list of which oil leak was listed. I looked at the photos and I saw nothing. "Seepage" is not the same as an oil leak and there's no evidence in my driveway. It casts some doubt on what they consider critical items.

I left with two things I needed to take care of but because something popped up that wasn't there before I brought my car in. Instead of you taking care of it you chose to stick something else on. That you didn't find in the diagnostic test. Or even after he finished with my car. You showed me who you were. You need to take that honest from in front of your name!!!

Yesterday 01/06/2026 They tried to sell me two tires, claiming that the nails in my current tires were outside the repairable area, which was a lie. I went to another place and they repaired them without any problems.

I recently visited Honest-1 Auto Care for some much-needed car maintenance, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. While I appreciate the fast and friendly service I received during my visit, I can't help but feel that the cost of the services was quite high. Overall, I give Honest-1 Auto Care a 3-star rating based on my experience. On the positive side, I was impressed with the speed and quality of the work that was done on my car. The team at Honest-1 Auto Care replaced my front brake rotors and cleaned my fuel injectors with great efficiency, and I felt that the quality of the work was good. The staff were also friendly and professional, and I appreciated their willingness to answer my questions and provide additional information about the work they were doing. However, when I checked out, I was shocked to receive a $180 quote to replace a wheel stud. This was significantly higher than I had expected, and it made me realize that the overall cost of the services provided was much higher than what I would typically pay at the local family-owned shops I usually go to. I felt that the total cost of over $700 for the work done was overpriced, especially compared to what I've paid for similar services at other shops. In conclusion, while I appreciate the speed and friendliness of the staff at Honest-1 Auto Care, I would caution others to be aware of the potentially high costs associated with their services. If you're looking for a more affordable option, I would recommend checking out a family-owned shop like The Master in Kissimmee, which may be able to provide similar services at a more reasonable price.

Had an appointment for 8 am. They didn’t show up until 8:45. Asked for a discount which they gave me but they refused to use the “points” I had earned from previous work done. Said they wouldn’t combine. The discount was for them being late and shouldn’t have anything to do with using the apparently useless point system. Will be looking for a new mechanic.

Normally, I don't write reviews. In fact, I don't ever. But, on this occasion I am making an exception. I took my 2015 Nissan Pathfinder to Honest-1. I was very impressed with their diagnostic technician and the time he spent working to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle's engine. It literally took him hours during the course of about 10 days. It was tricky, unusual, and frustrating ... but he found it (well, more precisely ... "them")!! I got my SUV, family is happy, and for the first time in memory I'm writing a review. Last words: YES!!! I recommend Honest-1!
