My boyfriend tire blew out on the Interstate with our two little babies in the car they charged him 500 dollars to go get another tire and John charged us for the labor cost as well all for JUST ONE TIRE company is a huge scam

Charged me 190.00 to do my tire and within 3 hours it was flat again. I called them the next day and kept sending me to voicemail. I called the main number and they stated they would send the same person over who never showed it’s been a week and nothing. Worst service ever

This company is a complete SCAM!!!
Do NOT USE, I paid $100 PLUS 35% TIP and they never came, never refunded my money.
I’ve been calling daily for a refund since they never came and all they do is hang up on me! STAY AWAY
2 weeks later and still NO REFUND and the company texted me that I “Got My Refund” but I have NOT received anything back, unbelievable!

Said they would be there in 30 min and after 3 hours no answer. Made me pay before dispatching anyone and then stopped answering and never showed up.

Jonathan was prompt and a lifesaver. He was able to change out the tire that would’ve taken us more than an hour, he did it in less than 5 minutes and patched up my tire that still had some life and tread in it at his shop. Would definitely call him/his company again if in need of roadside assistance again.

I highly recommend them! I got off of work at 4:30 PM and had a flat front tire and I was really worried about finding a mobile shop in time to have my tire fixed today. I used my spare last month so I had to purchase a tire, and they were super helpful and had a good price used one for me. Can’t thank them enough for being super fast too!
