They are down the street and so we have recently decided to use them vs driving farther away for the same basic services. The first time we went everything was fine, but the second (and most recent) time, we made an appointment for an oil change and ended up waiting three hours for it to be completed, which is bonkers. As a "gift" for making us wait, they can gave us $10 off LOL. Honestly probably won't go back.

We have taken our vehicles to others and have gotten excellent service at reasonable prices. Apparently Sky, the manager, is overloaded with the Ladson store added to her responsibilities, and is too much for her. She is why we come there and now nobody knows what is going on. We won't be back as we have found a replacement for our automotive needs!

I’m upset, I was worried about my car battery and so I came in as Honest-1 was close by and I thought, with a name like that you have no choice but to be honest, right? No. I was told by the kind gentleman that tested my battery said it was bad and I needed a new one. The nice woman up front told me that with my car I’d need a specific battery, they told me the price and I asked about alternative options as it seemed high, but didn’t was not offered any other options. My car had already been taken back and work started so I paid and left as I needed to get to work. I spoke to a handful of people and called other shops later in the day and was told I was overcharged by nearly $200, which is very upsetting.

The job was done well. At least as far as I can tell. The master mechanic took vacation days during the time my car was there. The car took 7 days to repair because of that issue. Other mechanics tried to finish the job and the car would not start. On the 8th day the master mechanic came back to work and rectified the situation. Our car is a high preference BMW. I think that was the main problem and only the master mechanic was qualified to do the work. IMO they shouldn’t have taken the job if the master mechanic was taking time off and he was the only one who could complete the job at hand. This cost us $$ for Ubers and inconvenience. They did however take $150 off the final bill. We are satisfied with the work. We always use them for our autos and will continue to do so.

I had a lot of questions and they answered every single one of them. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire maintenance. They said my tires just needed air. I drove it home and the next morning one of my tires was flat. I called and they sent a technician to my home, took the tire off my car and brought it to the shop to fix. They returned and put my repaired tire back on. I was upset when it happened but the quick customer centric response was excellent and has made me a loyal customer. I will return and would recommend.

I was there to make a warranty claim. I believed there was a problem with the evap purge valve. Mechanic Alex diagnosed my engine very quickly. He approved that the purge valve needs to be replaced. The receptionist was quick to contact my insurance and confirm if it covers this case. Within 30 minutes, they brought a new part and installed it. Very fast work. Due to my CarMax warranty, I didn't have to pay anything, but the price on the bill was reasonable for the USA. Also, that price includes their own warranty for parts and labor. I think my next 60000 miles service will be done here.

The customer service was exceptional! Erin is super kind, went above and beyond to assist me. I had tire issues,, from another vendor and she called that vendor to assist me. When I dropped my vehicle off for 4 Svcs, she suggested i hold off on 1 until the tires can be assessed, she saved me $$ and was patient and kind. After leaving, my check engine light appeared and when I returned, Skylar came right out, got in the vehicle and started assessing. These 2 are phenomenal!

Merely stating my experience, you may take it as you will. I went in for a routine oil change. I waited as my car was there. In the time that I was there probably (46 minutes) four separate customers had entered the building and ALL four of them had complained that their issue was not resolved. I saw no customer that was satisfied, other than one customer with a dog.
