Jackson and John were a true pleasure to work with. Jackson was able to clearly communicate the features of the vehicle and walk me through the pros and cons of each selection. John helped manage the sales process by providing answers to my questions and working within my parameters to purchase. When I said I needed more time, he provided a way to keep the process going - allowing an overnight test drive, securing the exact vehicle I wanted, and setting aside that vehicle for several days even though I had not put money down. I really appreciated his approach. There was no pressure to purchase, but as he helped solve my objections, the choice became clear. We had a great experience with our salesman Kyle Grove! We started off texting about a certified pre-owned 2023 grand cherokee L. Kyle did everything i ask & was quick about it. We ended up driving from Lexington SC to Hendrick Jeep in Charleston to buy this vehicle. It was worth the drive! Not only was Kyle great to deal with but they offered a 10yr 100,000 mile powertrain warranty & our local dealer didn't offer that. Thank you Kyle & Hendrick Jeep for a great experience!

DONT SHOP HERE FOR USED CARS EVEN WITH FAIR TO GOOD CREDIT!! The finance and management departments with the help of their selected bank, will be sure to keep you at the highest payment & interest rates possible "20%+ interest rate" for 640+ credit score, financed through Capital One Bank. If at all possible, use your own bank or seek a loan from an outside bank. I'm paying more for an older car with way more miles than the previous owner. How does that even make sense. Be sure youre not in a rush to buy like I was and inspect the car throughly/ take a longer test drive. My breaks are already squeaking and noticing now theyre needing to be replaced very soon. This tells me a diagnostic wasnt done before selling the car or things were just overlooked. This means this dealership doesn't mind putting possibly unsafe cars back on the road, as long as they make money from it. Now my wife tells me other warning are now popping up on the cars screen "Low Fluids, Inspection Due", which further confirms no work or diagnostic was performed before putting it up for sale. Detail of newly purchased car wasnt done due to my time of purchase, not their fault, they told me I could bring the car back for a detail. I completed my own detail, but had the wife take the car back and the car still had the same cup stains in the cup holder and sand in areas I didnt deep clean during my personal detailing of the car. Wife wasnt happy with the dealership detail that happened after my detail and doesnt like wasting her time. Since I have to hear about so will your detailing section Slight differences of course, but take a look at the previous owners paperwork "they left in the car". Seems the company doesnt know what PII is. Be sure to take all of your personal info out if you trade a car. Look at the difference in interest rates. Yes there are some factors at play, but that is a major difference that makes me question a lot of things from the bank to the finance department, to management, when I look at the last owner's deal and details. Did this person get a better deal being from "Mount Pleasant" and a "surfer girl", while me not so much from Mount P or a surfer girl. Has me wondering do records need to be pulled up to see what kind of rates are given based on race, ethnicity, background, etc? About tired of companies playing with me these past few yrs. Some of us actually work hard for our money an we get pretty angry when its not respected or taken advantage of. Fun fact: We may be crossing into civil rights if we begin finding trends of who is charged what/ their percentage rates based on race, background, ethnicity, etc.

So much for a 125-point inspection and reconditioning. I traded my 2018 Honda Accord, that was in immaculate condition and only had 30,000 miles on it, for, what I thought, was an equally immaculate 2022 Dodge Durango in February 2026. Since I arrived home with the vehicle, and have had a couple of weeks with it, I have found issue after issue that I didn’t observe while test driving and inspecting the vehicle at two different lots. I drove to Summerville, from West Ashley, with a large gouge in the driver’s side front tire. Once I brought this to the dealership’s attention, the tire was replaced but likely only because I had a video from another dealership showing the damage to the tire three days prior to even test driving it. In addition to the tire issue, I have found a rip in the rear passenger’s side door seal. One of the sales guys I corresponded with advised they wouldn’t do anything about. And, about an hour prior to writing this, I’ve found that my passenger’s side fog light is hanging off and neither fog light is functional. These are all issues the dealership should’ve caught and rectified prior to the car even being listed on their website as a certified pre-owned with a 125-point inspection. Now, I feel like I’m left with a vehicle that’s in worse condition than the one I traded. Shame on me for not fully inspecting the vehicle but shame on the dealership for advertising something as inspected when it’s overly clear it wasn’t at all.
