A number of lights came on my car (abs,vsa, etc). Juan helped me and took the time explain the different tests he ran. I appreciate his time and sincerity in trying to figure out the problem. I've also gone here for an AC repair and a smog check and have always had a positive experience. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, it's always worrisome to go to a mechanic in fear of being ripped off. But that's not the case here and I'm thankful I found them! If you need help with your car, don't hesitate!

This is my second time here and I would recommend Honest Auto Care to anyone! They live up to their name. They are honest and they don't push you to sell you their other services which I really appreciate. They also have extremely reasonable pricing and break down the cost by labor and part costs. They also let me know that one of my belt was cracked which I wouldn't have even noticed myself. I'm going here for all my auto repairs for sure.

Great service and excellence in all of it's name. Mr. Phillips, a great man, who is actually a college professor is the owner and employee of this place, he is very knowledgeable, positive and friendly, had a great time during his classes and learned a lot. He is honest, this place is honest, two things hard to find these days. He gave me a lot of tips and showed me the ways to do my own services on my cars, I highly recommend visiting his shop for any problem your vehicle might have, he has the tools and computer data to do just about anything, plus he is certified in a lot of fields since he's worked for state and national boards and associations. Plus he's not as expensive as other mechanics around the area!

Honest Auto Care was great!! I had wheel alignment done on my minivan by this shop almost a year ago and recently I was told from another repair shop that the alignment was off. I went to Honest Auto Care today to have the wheels checked and they realigned the wheels, at no charge!! This is what I call excellent customer service! I totally recommend Honest Auto Care for auto repairs and I will return for future services!

Nice place, and good workers. I needed a new catalytic converter for my car and they had it ready to install in 2 days. The mechanic Felipe was professional and he explained to me things that could cause my catalytic converter to not be working and why I was getting my check engine light. The only weird thing that happened was he told me over the phone that the job would cost $560 but when I got there and the job was done, he asked me for $570. I couldnt tell if it was an honest mistake or something else. Still though I recommend this place, these guys are nice and seem to know what they're talking about

These guys are awesome. After an accident a few years ago I noticed a scraping whenever I turned, got it diagnosed at a shop in Davis where I live and the estimates they gave me for repairs seemed extremely high so I called around and eventually found Honest Auto Care and boy do they live up to their name! I saved well over $500 by bringing my car here and they even found issues that the other place hadn't so they replaced that too promptly and at a fair price. My car hasn't driven so smooth since I got it. I will be bringing my car here whenever I need repairs for as long as I live in the area.

Needed to smog our van but engine light was on. My scan said it was a emission system problem. I researched it and had an idea what parts it could be and how to test it. Honest Auto Care took all the right steps replaced a valve and gasket in the gas tank. I felt they were very "honest" as their name says. They communicated well every step of the way and did it in a timely matter. Gene was extremely friendly and professional. My neighbor asked me today if I new a good mechanic and I gave him their name.

Made an appointment online. Received a couple text messages of my appointment date and time. But when we showed up the day of the appointment no one was there the business was all locked up despite being past opening hours. No answer on the phone and no answer on the text message number. Will not be wasting my time here again.

Awesome customer service. I was on a road trip and my cars bottom cover was dragging and coming off. I called Midas and they said they could not help me. When I call here they said they can take me right away. I brought my car in and right away they took my car took the bottom off said I need to get it replaced and gave me extra screws for it. This simple fix now will allow me to get home safely. I asked how much do I owe you he said nothing all I did was take off your bottom cover. He could have easily charged me like $50 bucks or something but nope he did it for free. Thanks so much I was able to get home in time worry free.
