Stop and don't ever buy tires from this place! They sell super cheap brands and absolutely do not warranty anything. When I bought the tires they said come back for the life of the tire and we will balance for free! Every time I've been inside this place, there are customers arguing with them because they do not want to warranty their work. The day I bought my tires from them they couldn't get them balanced. Brought them back few months later they still had problems. Had me waiting for 30 minutes because they couldn't figure out the balance of the tires. They charged me another $80 and said it was fixed which is was not. 3 weeks later and my truck still drives like crap, tires vibrate and shake the whole front of my truck at 70MPH speeds. I've only had these tires for one year and put less than 20,000 mi on a 50,000 mile rated tire and they don't want to warranty anything. I've talked to three people at Tire Busters and all they keep telling me is I'll have to just come in and buy new tires. I've spent $300 going to two other shops and they tell me these tires are no good and they will not even balance. The machine rejects them, and the guy at the 2nd tire shop showed me how they had crowned simply because they were cheap tires. With 20k miles on them! The guy who answered the phone is the same idiot who told me everything was fixed after I gave them another $80 to balance my tires. If you research Patagonia A/T tires all reviews say they have nothing but balancing issues and are a super cheap brand. My fault should have researched beforehand. Over 4000 people have warrantied these tires just last year , but this terrible tire shop just wants me to buy new tires because the crappy ones they sold me are effective and they know it! Do not buy tires from these people. They are out to just make money and could care less about customer service.

I dropped my car off on September 2nd 2022. I was told I wont have to pay due to them already having a car with a similar issue. I left my car there until the 6th of September and it wasn’t fixed so i was preparing to take it to a new shop in my area. Upon picking up my car, one of the workers test drove my car to make sure i could make it home. Therefore, I NEVER touched my keys as it was already running. I took it to a shop in my area however, it was closed so i just left it there . The next morning i went to drop off my keys and tell them what was wrong. Upon dropping off my keys, I noticed that my key fob wasnt clicking. The buttons were just flat. I let the shop know my key fob does not work and i left everything unlocked. I got my car back , and opened my fob & noticed there is NOTHING inside my keys! I reached out to you guys MULTIPLE TIMES requesting to know what happened to my keys. They are empty inside. From your shop to the next, I did not have to turn my car on. I call every single day asking for the owner, who apparently does not allow for people to have his phone number. When im told i will get a call back, i do not. They then tell me when the owner shows up, they will call. They do not call me. I was told the owner has to review the tapes , and that he DID . However, i have YET to be updated or to even speak with the owner. This has been going on for TWO WEEKS NOW!! Very frustrating. I drive out to the location to be told the owner was just there, where was my call??? This is so ridiculous. Id give 0 stars if i could. Id love to resolve this and get my keys fixed , been waiting for a response for 2wks.

If you have a car that's needs to be worked on , don't bring it here. The mechanics they got working here don't even know what they're doing. Took my car for a simple hose replacement & they ended up cracking my coolant reservoir tank because they couldn't put it back on correctly & it caused so much pressure that it cracked, I didn't bring my car for a coolant reservoir because it wasn't leaking prior to me leaving my car there . The mechanics they got working here don't know the difference between a torx bit & ball end that he ended up stripping the bolts that hold the coolant reservoir tank using a electric ratchet wrench instead of using a regular ratchet wrench & doing by hand . Incompetent at is finest, Stay away from this place if you need any mechanical work .

June/July 2023: My little sister (20 years old at the time) came here to get two new tires and left with two different tire sizes and two “new” rims (not her original rims nor correct tire sizes). She tired to go back and get this issue fixed and she turned away as they do not offer returns/refunds even though they are the ones who had messed up and gave her the wrong tires and rims. Don’t recommend doing business her as she was taken advantage of.

I knew what prices to expect before going from my dad & it was right on! The manager, Tim was super informative & kind as well! Great choice for a car services & very fast. After 5 repairs, it was not fixed. The problem was the same as the first one, and I had to pay $320. The first time, the staff helped me check that the Car Tire Pressure Sensor was normal and canceled the warning light. I paid $30. After driving 10 miles on the highway, the warning light came on again. The second time I returned for repair, the staff said that they would replace the Car Tire Pressure Sensor. I paid $320. After driving 10 miles on the highway again, the warning light came on again. The third time I returned for repair, the staff canceled the warning light again. After driving 10 miles on the highway again, the warning light came on again. The fourth time I returned for that annoying repair, the staff canceled the damn warning light again. After driving 10 miles on the highway again, my heartbeat and the warning light came on again. The fifth time I returned for repair, the staff said that there were other parts to be replaced and I had to pay more. I have lost trust and patience in the repair and asked for a refund. Unfortunately, the staff said that they could not refund. I went back and forth for five repairs in three days. I spent all the time on the road to this tire shop. Please tell me, should I pay this $320? Reply to Tire Busters Automatic Repair: First, when I returned the car for the fifth time, they told me there were other issues and it would need further repairs. I'm not sure if I'll have to return for a sixth or seventh time. Second, I requested a refund because the car wasn't repaired properly. The staff replied that my boss was traveling and couldn't be contacted. I had no choice but to file a complaint. Thanks to the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) for helping me negotiate with the dealer, they agreed to a refund.

I drove to 4 different shops before I found one that would even look at 3pc wheels let alone touch them. Americas tire doesnt touch 3pc, tire and wheel in EG doesnt touch 3pc and a spot I go to their machine was down and couldn't do it but I appreciate them suggesting tire busters. Adeel and the crew were efficient and got my tires mounted and balance without issue. I have other cars I need tires mounted so I'll be going to them from now on. If you have 3pc wheels just go to tire buster and save yourself the headache of driving around from shop to shop. They have a large showroom with ample seating if you want to wait with a table full of wheel catalogs to help pass the time.
