Went to winters motors to have new ball joints installed on my dodge ram. I bought the parts. I watched the owner of the shop install the parts using a hammer to get them on. I was so blown away. The work took approximately 4 hours. I was told it would be 90 mins. When the work was done everything seemed ok. 2 weeks later the nut at joint was coming loose on both sides. I took it back where the owner took a torque wrench and tightens both sides at 90lbs. I later learned this should have been done at around 30-40lbs. It was approximately 1 month later while driving on interstate 80 at Elkhorn the drivers side ball joint snapped. I did everything possible to keep from losing control of vehicle. Scary moment indeed. I brought the situation to winters motors and they literally blew me off. I took the case to the state of California. Winters motors was not charged as it was to difficult to prove. Winters motors was charged for not keeping records of repair and other related penalties. Lesson learned, stay away from this place for any major repairs. Biggest regret ever. Dishonest and very unprofessional. Don't be their next victim.

This place is a scam!! My Dad had his truck repaired here. My Dad is developmentally delayed and these people over charged him for repairs and repaired the truck with duck tape and garden hoses. Not exaggerating, this is the absolute truth. Avoid at all costs!!!

FONG and Mario are Very helpful! This is our go to place for our car problems. The price is very reasonable.. changed our breaks, oil change ect..One stop shoping for us..There is also a tire shop right next to them. They always busy now but I will wait for their service..

Local mechanic Mario was able to diagnose the check engine light on my truck. He was straight forward by telling me prior owner of the truck may have messed with engine and that a replacement engine was needed. He was honest in his assesment and told me he didn't want me to throw in lots of money into an engine that may or may not fix the check engine light. He even waived the diagnostic fee seeing me distressed at the problem. I highly recommend Mario. He is Trustworthy, Understanding, and has empathy for car owners dealing with car issues.

I've been here a few times now. He is quite friendly and honest. Gets the job done quick and right. The only time we had an issue was our break line was leaking a small amount after we left, he tracked down the leak and fixed it for free the same day. Honestly this may be the only shop we go to now

Phong and mario are great any time i need a oil change its gets done they not to long ago fixed both my axels and a motor mount great job they don't rip you off like most places and they always finish quick they never have my car for more then a day get you in and out. Yes they always show you your parts that need to be replaced and they don't start work until you agree etc. phong always goes above and beyond so helpful always
