★★★★★ I came to location on two different occasions and with two different cars. My first initial business with the company was to have the transmission of my 2008 Impala SS checked out and as I feared the absolute worse was happening. There were metal shavings in the transmission and for as much as I didn’t want to get rid of the car I knew it was time to part with it. Before doing so I was given options of it being rebuilt as well as options of financing if parting with it was something I really couldn’t see myself doing. My second visit was to have an oil change done to my Cadillac DTS. Before going forward again Fred broke down costs for me. I agreed and since it was a beautiful day I took a walk to a near by grocery store had something to eat and by the time I got back my car was done. Well here I am again today 30minutes before closing knowing that I was pushing it “stopping by” to see if there was time for an oil change, but I did it anyways and they took me in. It’s 4:41 right now as I’m sitting laughing and talking football with these guys. I’m a single mom who is new to the area as of August and I really can’t express the appreciation of honesty and care I get from these guys. Thank you Golden One Automotive!
