They were very kind, listened well and did everything to perfection. I told Danny I was a thorn in his bush because I asked so many questions- he quickly let me know I wasn't and I could ask as much as I wanted and he would have it bet the answers. They did a PHENOMENAL job-I even took it back to Honda to see if there were any imperfections. Not one they said!! Their work was stellar! Thank you Danny and staff at Kniesel's! You were all great

Kniesel’s Collision on X Street provided amazing customer service and workmanship! I’ve had two SUVs worked on in the last couple of months and both times the process to complete the work on each SUV was explained from beginning to end. Joe Sanchez and Danny Garcia provided excellent customer service and both kept me updated regularly regarding the repairs, timing, and handled all the paperwork from my insurance company. We recently had our 2014 Porsche Cayenne Diesel repaired at Kniesel’s Collision, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. My wife got into a small fender bender that required a new bumper and repainting, and from start to finish, everything was handled perfectly. Our service consultant, Tyler, was fantastic. He kept us updated throughout the entire process, communicated clearly, and made sure everything went smoothly. He even worked directly with our insurance company and took care of all the paperwork, which made things super easy for us. Even dropped off the car at my business and picked up the rental car. They fixed my 2025 Golf R flawlessly. The rear tailgate is now aligned even better than what it was from the factory. Great friendly customer service too. They even straightened out my bent up license plate post accident. Small details that other shops wouldn’t bother with.
