Seriously! These folks are AMAZING! They have the best prices in Michigan, hands down. Their customer service is awesome. Thank you Abdoul and Nick! They did hundreds of dollars worth of repairs for a fraction of what I should have been charged. They went an extra mile & found me a used part for about $50 that cost over $300 at the dealership. Since this place is under new ownership the service is terrible. I took my vehicle to them in September for a exhaust/muffler issue. Day #1 I was charged $90.00 for a flex pipe. It was a complete waste of $$ as it did not help the problem one bit. Day 2 I took it back the service's I paid for was to fix my entire exhaust system as well as a new muffler 1 new used Cadillac converter as my van has 3 of them they also cleaned out another one...3rd converter is fine I guess, also a tune up. They were paid in advance on day #2. When I picked up my vehicle on day 2 I asked if the smell was gone that was my main concern as my children ride in my van daily. I have my children in different cities for school of choice so another reason why it was so important for the exhaust smell to be gone our morning drive to school is not just a block or two away. It was causing us to have headaches every day and I'm in it the longest taking my children to and from school along with my oldest daughter who has many appointments severe autism and multiple behavioral issue's. It is not easy with her in the van as she is not a huge fan of riding in the car. Especially now more than before bc like the rest of us the smell really bothers her. I never felt like for the $$ they charged me that I got good service in return as the smell NEVER FULLY WENT AWAY JUST SLOWLY GOT WORSE. I was right yesterday Abdul I believe his name is said I could bring my vehicle in at 9:00 a.m. he would look at it for me. He had my vehicle for 7 hour's called me to tell me a pipe in the front of my vehicle needed to be straight piped and welded. He said "I normally charge $150.00 for that, but for you I will charge $100.00. " That being said, I said to him I already paid you to fix anything exhaust related! He said "No that wasn't part of our deal" I said wasn't part of our deal..? Correct me if I'm wrong but is that not an exhaust problem..? He said yes but that was not in our deal. My paperwork from them says from the 2nd day repairs tune up, replace whole "exhaust system," so can someone please tell me why in the world I'd pay him another $100.00+ to fix something he was already paid to do 2xs already..? So not only do I feel they took advantage of me bc I'm a woman and a single mom the work they do there comes with no warranty or guarantee they did not do the entire exhaust system bc if they did he wouldn't have said that part of the "exhaust " wasn't in our deal! I mean really who would pay for only 95% of the exhaust system to be fixed knowing that if it ALL doesn't get done at the same time it's gona be a reaccuring problem half assed fixed! I know I was 100% positive I was getting and paying for the entire thing fixed just like he verbally told me as well as what my paperwork said. I feel like for the $$ I spent to fix my vehicle it shouldn't smell like exhaust fumes whatsoever! All I wanted from them was to fix the exhaust smell/fumes bc my kid's depend on me to get them to and from every day, keep them safe, take care of them protect them bc they are my everything and so much more! And as a mom it is also my job. My vehicle still smells terrible to the point it's again causing us all to be sick in one way or another and bc I can't afford to pay a 3rd time for them to fix the same problem and I also don't think I should have to pay again I am unable to put my kid's in my vehicle for more than 10 minutes or so bc I'm worried they will continue to get sick from exhaust fumes and all of the carbon monoxide that is all through my vehicle. I hardly ever write a review and if I do it is always a good one. I hope this is helpful to anyone that may read it...I hope that if you have them service your vehicle they do right by you..I just want people to be aware that the muffler shop that was once fantastic with great prices is now in my opinion and based on my experience is not a very good place to get a vehicle serviced. Good luck to anyone that has work done by them or is going to I wish you the best and hope your experience is much more pleasant than mine...

I visited this shop about two years ago, and had an overall positive experience. My 2014 Buick's power steering had gone out, and I also needed some suspension related parts replaced. Things seemed fine when I drove off, but I had to return after service, because of a noticable issue while driving.The mechanic quickly fixed it however with no charge. My recent experience however was extremely unpleasant, and I noticed a completely different crew. Two weeks ago, I paid them to tow my 2013 Dodge to their shop, but once it was there, no one called me for 3-4 days. When I called for an update, the service team had a tone, as if I were bothering them, even though I was very polite and patient. After a week with no update whatsoever, I went to the shop in person, and noticed my vehicle in the parking lot. I asked to speak with the mechanic with admittedly an irritable tone and he told me the van was too "messed up" and he "didn't need to deal with it". I asked what the problems were and he said I came in rudely. I apologized and explained to him my frustration and then told me he'd checked the vehicle and found a faulty ignition module which is what's preventing it from trying to start and that he was waiting for "his guy" to come replace it or repair it and reprogram the key to it. At this point I left the shop with some hope, but never received a single call from them even till today. I suspect there were problems he didnt want to deal with, but wish he had been upfront with me about that from the beginning. When I called today I identified myself as the owner and he asked what can I do for you? It was as if he was just waiting for me to get it towed away, which I did, to somewhere that respects my time and takes my business seriously.

Very fast, efficient, and best of all reasonably priced automotive repair. They are really easy to work with. My car is the Devil to work on and they always rise to the challenge. Never had a repair they couldn't fix when most places won't even jack my car off the ground. These guys have literally saved me thousands!!! BTW, Chris is the MAN!!! 😂

Be careful with this place, the worst of the worst. I took my car for an oil change and they ruined the engine, the suspension, the AC and the batterie. I had to take my car to another place to have it fixed. Do not waste your time nor your money in a place with people trying to cheat on you.

Needed fix my exhaust. Did a well enough job and a nearly reasonable price but also pushed a $525 repair because I was leaking fuel. immediately after the repair I noticed it was still leaking and went back to ask the guy to finish/fix what they messed up they tried to charge me more to fix what he was supposed to fix in the first place. - Don't recommend, if they miss something they want it to be the customers expense.

I walked in & I explain that my muffler was very loud after a rock came up & hit my muffler. He looked at it & told me out was my flex pipe & he can fix it now for $180.00. He had it fix in 20 mins. My car is so nice & quiet. He also told me I'm gonna need breaks asap. He said if my break peddle wasn't shaking I won't need rotors. They were very helpful & nice & very honest.
