This a poorly run business. I dropped off a work car for an oil change and was told it would take most the day. Called around two p.m. and was told it would be done by the evening so I figured we would just pick it up in the morning. Came in the next day to pick it up with one guy sitting in the office playing on his phone, one guy came to the counter and then went to check on it, fifteen minutes later, I went and bothered the guy scrolling on his phone and asked about the car. He went to check on it and came back and told me they would bring it out. A customer shouldn't have to be their own advocate at a business like this. Overall, I think they do a good job but this time at least was not a satisfying experience.

Not what it used to be. Was my high-school vocational education job. That was 1992. Seamed like they did not want the work, it was just an 4 wheel alignment. Shouldn't have been that bad. Told me it was going to take all day, they hope they could fit me in. Was actually my wife who made the first call. We made an appointment for Saturday drop the car off counterman very standoffish. I really didn't understand but it is what it is. When I pick the car up 3 hours later everything was good but same counter person just the pie hole man. Back in the day when Ed was there that s*** wouldn't fly. Where is your professionalism gone? Is that how you represent Good Year? Be blessed

I gotta say, I have a lot of respect for Doug! He is thorough in his checks, knows what he is doing, and has intregity most would claim does not exist with mechanics and sales. I became in with some services already elected and after he did a thorough inspection, he told me I shouldn't do some of them. He took the time to even explain why and even told me what I could do myself. He might not make the extra $100 on the service but I will be taking my car here for all of my future needs. Also, a Karen came in extremely upset with a billing issue she had and the counter handled the situation with more patience than I would have had.

I went in on some issues that I thought I was having that was told to me from 2 different people at the front desk and to find out none of what they told me was going on with my car when I was frustrated, but thank goodness for Steve who works at the front desk help me and made my situation much much better and made me feel so good. The repair guy saad did a wonderful job on my car and made me feel comfortable and show me everything that was wrong with it and made me feel secure. Scamming store bought 2 brand new tires and the tread went out,I called them twice they said keep coming on a different day.So today I came and they told me they can’t warranty it for me because it doesn’t have warranty even though they said I had warranty for 50,000 miles,I spent $230 without tax for each tire.please please don’t make the same mistake I did they have bad reviews for a reason.had to learn it the hard way

They are professional and friendly. They do communicate with the customer well. Service is pretty fast if you have an appointment but their walking appointments not too bad either. They used to have a free coffee station and it’s still there but no coffee. Hope they bring the coffee back. Jacob is the best.

I was out of town for a hockey tournament during a pretty terrible snow/ice storm. I walked in without an appointment crossing my fingers that this establishment would be able to help get my family and I home safely. Not only did they take care if me almost immediately (despite having to DRIVE 30 MINS TO GET THE TIRES I NEEDED FROM ANOTHER STORE) but they were ALL so kind and gracious. I made a pretty dumb decision to drive with the tires I had in my vehicle. They could have razzed me and told me what a dumb woman I was but instead they took their time, chatted with me, took care of my vehicle in enough time to make it to my son's next hockey game. The manager took extra time to ensure I was pleased with the service, all the men working in the facility were respectful and generous with their time and space. Couldn't have asked to be in better hands. This took me awhile to get on here but that is only my fault, not the hesitation with the service provided. On Wednesday, December 4th 2024 my husband took our Jeep in to have our tires replaced. On Thursday our vehicles started making very loud sounds, we took it into our mechanic thinking that something was going wrong with our vehicle to find out that two out of the four tires that were mounted by Goodyear were loose. Our mechanics.words to my husband was you're lucky you weren't killed, which I am thankful that nothing happened because three of our grandchildren were with him when the noise started. When I called up to Goodyear I was informed that that was not a possibility. I told him who are mechanic is, he knew our mechanic or at least the reputation of the company, so he told me a service manager would call me back and of course nobody did. We have been going to this Goodyear for many, many years and this was one of the most unprofessional jobs that they have ever done. They're silence by not calling us back shows that they are aware they did not do this job properly, and I understand that people make mistakes but an apology and offering to reimburse us for what we had to pay our mechanic would have been the professional thing to do.

Your lucky you get one star!!! I went in to the location on Oct 24th 2024. Went in for my wheel bearings, the young man was lost, McDonald's was on his mind, it was all over his desk. I told him I need tires too, I was more brushed of like they didn't want the business was told here is a 100.00 inspection fee, I asked if it's waved after I get the job done, he as no. So I went to Motor City auto service, they were more than happy to get 1700.00 in there pocket. I remember back in the day Goodyear name was the best, will never consider to go there ever again.

I came here for the first time to fix a slow leak in one tire. I dropped it off around 11am and didn't get a call back until 4pm stating they couldn't find the wheel lock key. I told them over the phone to check in the glove box as I knew it was in there 1000%. They repeated to have looked everywhere. I went up to the shop, got my keys and looked in the glove box and found the lock within 2 seconds. I went back inside to show them and ask them if that was what they were searching for. One of the reps looked over to the guy who supposedly looked "everywhere" in my car and the guy says "where did you find that?" My car is clean as a whistle and the thing was in plain view. Wasted my time here and will not be coming back. I'd leave 0 stars if it was possible as they are the laziest tire shop I've ever been to.

Took my car to my neighborhood Goodyear to get it checked out and they found some problems they fixed. When they finished I drove it and noticed my horn and cruise control wasn't working and brought it back to Goodyear they checked out and found the problem fixed it and I'm on the road again! TG! I thank the manager and those who work under him this is a good shop.

I placed an online order through Goodyear.com for a tire rotation listed at $10.00, and my order confirmation clearly showed an estimated total price of $10.00 with no mention anywhere of “per tire” or “per wheel.” When I went to the Warren location at 8038 E 12 Mile Rd, I was charged $10 per wheel $40 plus tax instead of the $10 total shown online. The website and receipt did not clearly disclose that the price was per tire, and the only way you’d know is after being billed. This is misleading pricing and a clear disconnect between the online quote and what the store actually charges. I recommend getting written confirmation of the total cost before agreeing to any service here. I’ve complained to the better business bureau for reimbursement.

On 01/25/26 called store around 330-345pm saying I had a flat tire - was told to bring it in during a snow storm and I would be taken care of. Stopped twice to put air in it. Got to store about 415pm - manager looked at it and frustrated that it was close to closing time at 5pm - I could them arguing in the back room to fix my tire, because they don't get paid for overtime. I begged them to help me, they told me there was nothing they could do after they dragged me over there- Told me if "I don't like it, go across the street to Walmart tire center" they were more concerned with not getting paid. Very disgruntled employees there - lowsy service. Evidently there not into customer service and Goodyear as a company is not into taking care of their employees. Very disorganized, unprofessional, and inexperienced. One of the worst tire stores i've ever been to. I recommend everyone to go to Walmart - they sell Good year tires, their prices were cheaper, they made the comment about a lot of customers complain about Goodyear across the street and they get all their customers. I own a fleet of trucks, and they've lost all of my business. Very dissatisfied - HORRIBLE experience and lowsy customer service. Look for a better customer service company than Goodyear.
